 Skylar relaxed as Zayden finally responded to Shaylyn. He gave Zakaria a look of confusion at how Zayden said how she's hot but knowing Zayden he probably made that a deal breaker for whether he would like her or not. He was turning out to be quite the ladies man. He smiled at this and Zayden's next words made him roll his eyes slightly. He was such a little brat sometimes but he was just to adorable to ignore. He chuckled slightly as he listened to Shaylyn's reply to him. Here that Zayden? Your daddy has this one all for his own. He said giving him a wink before turning to Zakaria, It's getting late...I think I will take Zayden back up to his bedroom...maybe you should take this chance to get some things off your chest. He glance at Shaylyn as well hinting that it might be a good time for her to get stuff off her chest as well. He took Zayden's hand and aparated them back up to the castle be for he could put up a fight. He really hoped the best for them..they both deserved some happiness in their lives...he really hoped Shay would understand Zakaria's secret....it wasn't that big of a deal and didn't change anything...or at least he hoped it wouldn't.
It took him a while to convince Zayden to go to bed but once he finally managed it...he headed out to find his beautiful fiance....

 Zakaria felt excited about the way she said she was taken, did that mean she had finally made up her head up about him? He really hoped she had...he wanted nothing more than for her to be his...she was just so perfect. He grinned at his son as he heard Skylar's comment but his face fell serious for a moment at Skylar's next words. He nodded at him understanding what he meant completely. He felt the nervous knot in his stomach as he hugged his son good night and watched them leave.....He turned to shay after they disappeared and gave her a nervous half smile.
He thought for a moment how to word it....but he couldn't think o any way to make it sound better than just telling her the truth....Shay....there has been something I've wanted to tell you since that day Cayden attacked you and I stopped him...I should of told you sooner but I was afraid it would ruin my chances with you and I really hope it won't because honestly Shay..I think, no, I know...I'm in love with you.....but you need to know before this goes any further or I will never forgive myself... He said softly, When Cayden said his name down in the Dungeons...his full name, I found out something about myself that not even I knew...you see Skylar is my brother...but through my mother he's my half brother....My father however was not the same as his...and this man's last name was Stark...Shay, I'm Cayden's oldest brother...and he's the youngest out of my brothers....Adonis and Cayden are both my younger brothers...and I really hope you don't hate me for that.. He said looking to the ground, I didn't know Shay..I really didn't but I love you with all my heart and I really hope you can look past this...and we can be what you told my son you were...taken. Because I would love with all my heart for you to be mine. He said looking up at her with a pained look in his eyes. |

Shaylyn was more than relived when Zayden seemed to actually like her and even Skylar seemed to relax which had to mean she was right in thinking that…right? She was a bit saddened to hear that it was time for Zayden to go to bed, but it did mean that she and Zakaria could have some time alone to talk. She wasn’t sure if tonight would be the right time to tell him how she felt, but she had already basically told everyone when she told Zayden she was taken. She saw Zakaria’s eyes light up as she said that and it made her so happy that could make him happy like that. She waved goodbye to Zayden and Skylar as they apparated away and turned her attention back to Zakaria, who for some reason looked a bit nervous.
She wondered what it was he had to tell her, but she had a feeling it had to do with what she had earlier asked Skylar. What was such a big secret that it was causing this much tension and even Skylar seemed nervous to even mention it. As he began to speak, she listened carefully, so very curious as to what was going to come out of his mouth. As he spoke, she wanted to tell him that there was no possible way that she could think of that would make him ruin his chances with her, and when he told her he loved her, he so badly wanted to tell him back, but he continued to speak and it seemed serious to the degree that she didn’t want to interrupt. She let him finish, not saying a word until he was done when she sighed and looked up into his eyes. I’m not really sure what to say here…its, shocking to hear that you’re related to Cayden, but only because it doesn’t really seem possible. You’re the most amazing person I’ve ever met and to be brothers with someone so…drastically different is…strange. But I don’t hate you, by any means. I could never hate you. On the contrary…there’s actually something I wanted to say to you. She bit her lip nervously as she looked up into his blue eyes, totally nervous about what she was going to tell him, but she didn’t know why she was nervous. She knew it was going to make him happy to tell him and when he was happy, so was she. You know I’ve been completely confused with my emotions lately…but Skylar actually helped me to figure out what I knew I had been feeling all along. I’m in love with you too Zakaria…I have been since that first night we met…I was just afraid to tell you for some reason. She blushed and looked down at the ground for a moment before looking back up at him. But nothing would make me happier than to be yours.

Zakaria was grateful that Shay didn't interrupt him while he was telling her about his dark secret. Her sigh made him worry for a moment but as she began speaking he felt relieved. She didn't hate him for what he was...that was defiantly good news. He was really worried she would refuse to be with the eldest Stark brother....but she seemed to accept it just fine, past the shock of it...as she turned the conversation to something she needed to tell her himself. Her words confused him for a moment... but as his disbelieving ears understood her finally his face lit up like the moon. If he had a beating heart he felt like it might explode. He didn't speak when she stopped speaking...he just gave her the biggest smile. As she looked up at him and said she was his...he couldn't help but pick her up and spin her around. He kissed both of her cheeks with excitement then her lips, Do you have any idea how happy you make me? Your amazing He kissed her again and then sat her down on the ground gently so she wouldn't fall over... I love you very very much my love. He told her as he snugged up against her.

Zakaria seemed, rather surprised that she really didn’t mind all that much that he was a Stark. Sure, it was not the news she was expecting to hear but then again, she really wasn’t sure what she was expecting to hear. But this, was something she would have never guessed in a million years. But just because it was shocking and all, didn’t mean she would hold it against him, hate him, or even treat him any different than she already did. He was still the same Zakaria that she knew and loved and nothing was going to change that. It took a lot of courage out of her to get what she wanted to say off of her chest, and as she finished speaking, the look of confusion on her face was beginning to scare her. But then as if he finally processed what she was saying, the smile that spread across his face was nothing short of priceless. It made her so happy just to see him smile like that that he didn’t even need to say anything. As he picked her up and spun her around, she couldn’t help but hug him tightly before he kissed her. Nothing makes me happier than to see you happy… She said as she kissed his forehead before he kissed her and sat her down. She was glad that he did because she was kinda dizzy and she didn’t want to fall over or anything because that would be embarrassing. And I love you so very much…I’ve wanted to tell you for such a long time but…I guess I was nervous… She said, snuggling against him and blushing brilliantly.

Zakaria smiled as he noticed how dizzy she seemed for a moment as she stood on the earth again. He grinned at her as she spoke and couldn't help but cuddle her even closer. Don't be nervous around me love...no reason to be...everything you say and do is just beautiful and perfect. He said with a smile...Come with me... He begged her...with a smile, It's not to late yet...and I would really love if you came back to my room...It doesn't have to be for anything like that either...It would just be nice to snuggle up against you and talk for a while...you could stay the night if you wished too...and when you fall asleep I will hold you in your arms and just listen to your breathing....by the time you'll wake I'll probably be asleep and if I am...you can stay as long as you want or return to you human world...It's kinda sad I can't join you....the human...vampire thing is a real downer when your a vampire in love with a human.. He chuckled slightly at his as he waited for her response...she didn't have to go back with him....and he really wouldn't force her to do anything more than cuddle tonight...he just needed her with him...whether she was asleep or night...besides she hadn't been to see his room yet..

Shaylyn couldn’t help but blush when he said everything she said or did with beautiful and perfect. She really wasn’t sure if she believed him but he could think what he wanted even if she didn’t believe it herself. She really didn’t have to even think it over when he asked her to come with him tonight; she wasn’t planning on leaving his side at all tonight whether they spent the night in her room or his, it really didn’t matter. As he continued to speak, she listened without interrupting him, just letting all the things he was saying to her sink in. Everything he was saying sounded amazing and she really couldn’t wait to spend the whole night in his arms now that they were officially together. They could do more than that tonight if he wanted to, she wasn’t going to object…but just the thought of snuggling with him all night was enough for her. Of course I’ll come with you and I’ll stay as long as you want me to love. It is a bit inconvenient, how we’re on completely opposite schedules and all, but we’ll make it work somehow…I know we will. She said, giving him a sweet smile.

Zakaria smiled at her as she told him she wanted to go with him, she seemed to be sure they could make this work...the whole vampire and human thing, and he really hoped they could. He really loved her and had never before felt like this with anyone...He smiled, I know we will too. He said leaning in to kiss her cheek, I couldn't let this not work...It would drive me insane to lose just a perfect girl to the word nocturnal. He said smiling...
He took her hands in his for a moment and kissed her lips...he finally broke the kiss to lead her up towards the castle...sure they could of aparated...but would would be the point when they could enjoy what's left of the night by walking hand in hand to his room....it wouldn't be far anyways...As they walked, he turned to smile at her every once in a while...he couldn't help but still glances at her...

Shaylyn smiled as Zakaria took her hands in his as she looked up into his eyes for a moment before he leaned to kiss her. She loved the way his lips felt against hers as she returned the kiss. Even though it wasn’t anywhere near their first kiss, every time her lips were against his, she felt the same butterflies that she did that first time and she loved it. The kiss continued for a long moment until he finally broke it and they started their walk towards the castle. She didn’t really know where they were going since she had never been to his room before, but she let him lead her wherever they were going to go, keeping her hand in his and just enjoying being able to spend time with him. It was such a beautiful night, even though it was starting to get a bit cold, but she didn’t mind at all…it was worth it to be able to just take a walk with him instead of apparating. Every now and then as they walked, she would glance over at him and catch him looking at her and smiling. She couldn’t help but blush and look away with a smile every time he did that...it was just so sweet.

Zakaria smiled at her as they reached his bedroom...he glance down the hall to make sure the coast was clear and opened the door for her to enter, wasn't the best place for his room to be when his girlfriend was a student..two doors down was the headmaster...He shut the door behind them tightly and locked the door before lighting a candle to give the room some light into the dark, windowless room...the first candle lit up a lot of the room and he sat it back down on the shelf it had sat on a moment before..He crossed the room and lit another candle before turning back to her...it's kinda dark in here....but welcome to my room...the forbidden place. He said with a wink at her before sitting down on bed..
The room itself wasn't decorated dark thought the low lit candle light gave it slightly dark impression....the sheets on the bed were made of white silk with a comfy white blanket thrown on top of it....the walls were pure white...and almost everything in the room was white...he had a picture of him and his son on the table he had lit the second candle on...the only color in the room was a red cloak hanging on a wall hook...made of really thick looking fabric and a pair of dragon hide gloves hanging from the pocket....

Shay followed Zakaria back into the castle to wherever his room was located. He seemed to be very cautious about making sure they weren’t caught and she really didn’t blame him. Not only was he a member of the staff and her a student but he was also a great deal older than her and she wasn’t yet of age which could get them into some serious trouble. Shaylyn really didn’t care though…she loved him and he loved her and that was all that mattered. As he opened the door, she entered the room which was completely dark once he closed and locked the door behind him. Yes, she was afraid of the dark, but she wasn’t going to admit that to anyone, and either way, with Zakaria around she felt safe enough to not be afraid. It only took him a moment to get a candle lit so that there was at least some light in the room.
As he went to light the second candle, she looked around the room for a moment. It really wasn’t how she expected it to be decorated but at the same time, she wasn’t sure how she expected it to look. Completely white everywhere wasn’t anywhere near what she expected though. As he sat down on the bed, she followed him, sitting next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder and slipping her hand into his.

Zakaria smiled as she cuddled up beside him and put her head on his shoulder and her hand in his. He enjoyed sitting there with her for a long moment in silence. It was kinda strange to have someone in there...he hadn't had a girl in his room since he had gotten there...the only other person who had come in the room was his son. So having a guest was a new thing...sure they had made love several times before this, in several different locations...but never in his room...having her in the room with him was so special and so new. It made his insides smile at the idea of having her so close and not having to worry about being interrupted or bothered by the outside world.
He leaned them back into the bed and rested his chin against the top of her head as he closed his eyes for a moment...enjoying the feelings between them...the safety of what was between them and the love they shared together....he didn't say anything for now...not wanting to ruin the relaxed eased between them..

Neither of them said anything for a long time, just enjoying being together, alone, away from anyway and everyone. Even though their “official” relationship had just started, she had belonged to him since the moment they met, even if she didn’t know it at the time. It was annoying though; that they had to keep what they had hidden, just because of a little age difference. Times like this, when they could be together with no one around to possibly get them in trouble, these were the best.
As he leaned them back on the bed, she snuggled in close to his body as he rested his chin on her head. She wasn’t sure if anything was going to happen between them tonight, although she wouldn’t object if things headed in that direction. She was just happy being with Zakaria, no matter what. Shay really didn’t want to be the one to break the silence, since they were so content just the way they were, but at the moment, she just had the need to say something. I love you… She whispered, snuggling into him even more. It was so nice being able to say that to him whenever she wanted since she had finally gotten the confidence to tell him earlier.

Zakaria had been enjoying the silence between them. It was comforting just laying there with her...holding her in his arms. It was so amazing to have her in his arms and he could not even digest the fact that she was really his yet....he couldn't wait to tell Skylar that she had said yes...that Arawn had blessed the family yet again with beauty and love. It was so fascinating that they had been so blessed since coming here...Norway had blessed the Stargazer family very well...he closed his eyes in thought for a moment...
As she snuggled up against him and broke the silence he couldn't help but let his lips break out into a smile. He opened his eyes and looked into hers, I love you too Shaylyn...with all my heart. You have made me the luckiest guy I know regardless of how much Skylar tries to argue he is... He said with a wink. I am still so amazed that I have you for my own now...that you want to be mine. He said nervously looking away slightly. |

Shaylyn didn’t think she had ever been as happy as she was now. She only wished she had someone who she could share her happiness with, like she was sure Zakaria was going to do with Skylar. Sure she had friends, but most of them she probably couldn’t tell something of this much magnitude and secrecy. She knew she could trust Dylan with this but it had been so long since she had even spoken to her since she had been really busy with the pregnancy and everything. There was always Soras but, ever since Shay and Cayden had broken up, she really hadn’t seen a lot of Soras and she figured she had chosen a side, and it wasn’t hers. She would most likely tell Mikayla, but Mikayla was always so busy lately, with her classes and spending most of her free time with her new…person…that she hadn’t seen much of her either. It didn’t really matter though, if she didn’t have anyone to share her happiness with, it was really fine with her.
She looked into his eyes as he looked into hers and she couldn’t help but smile. Everything about him was just so perfect to her and even everything he was saying was enough to give her that familiar feeling of butterflies that she always got when she was anywhere near him. I’m sure Skylar is very lucky as well, since he also found someone to give his heart to, so this doesn’t really need to be any sort of competition. She said with a small smile. I don’t really see why you’re so amazed that I wanted to be with you. I love you more than anything, so it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise. She said, keeping her gaze on him, even though he had looked away.
