Neko sat on a large rock at the edge of the forest...his blue eyes shining in the total darkness that had fallen over the school. Illuminating the night light blue fireflies sparkling in the blanket of black. He let his eyes scan across the darkness surrounding him...easily taking in every detail of the world around him. To a human eye...they would see nothing. He studied the blades of grass beneath the old tree sat off near the lake that refuses as it seemed to give into the world around them...the frozen world of winter...the tree was vibrant even in the dark...with deep green leaves and a healthy trunk..the grass around the tree swaying with invisible wind...and flowers were blooming in the tree as if it was a spring day...the tree held his gaze for a long moment...

His eyes only lifted when the softest of foot prints came towards him and a familiar smell hit his nose as the figure neared. A smile spread across his face, Hello love... He said as Aydin came into view.

Aydin had just gotten done patrolling his side of the castle which was as tedious and boring as it had been the last time he had done it. These late night patrols were probably the most annoying thing the prefects had ever been assigned to do but at least after they were done with their duties, him and Neko had a lot of time to themselves. Tonight, he was supposed to meet Neko at the edge of the forest so they could continue…patrolling…or well, not.

Ever since Aydin had made his transformation, he really wouldn’t say things had been drastically changed, but they were a bit different. For one, he couldn’t touch people…at least not yet. He hadn’t gotten the concentration thing down and he was afraid of sending anyone into the nightmares that could occur if he did touch them…so he just avoided it all together. It was kind of hard to adjust to not hugging and high fiving people as he walked around, but it was a minor thing and worth it to get to be with Neko forever. Another thing that changed, definitely for the better were things with Neko. Every touch was a hundred times more amazing than it was before Aydin had made the change, not that it wasn’t amazing before, but now…it was breathtaking…or it would be if he breathed.

Aydin had been trying to sneak up on Neko as he was going to try to come up from behind him. But of course it didn’t work as he was sure Neko had heard him coming from a mile away. [orange]Aww I can never sneak up on you can I? [/orange]Aydin pouted slightly before cracking a smile and wrapping his arms around Neko.

Neko smirked at Aydin as he wrapped his arms around him, Well. No. I really doubt you could if you wanted to...I'm too use to your scent. He said with a raised eyebrow, It gives you away...besides, you do walk a bit ungracefully but that is something you will learn with time. He whispered into Aydin's ears, Eventually you'll learn to make no sound at all...with time of course. he said laughing.

He nibbled on Aydin's ear for a moment and then kissed his neck, There is something awesome we should do tonight... He murmered into his neck, Well... there's several awesome things I would like to do but there is one in particular, He said with a cocky smile playing across his lips, That I can wait any longer to see. He said with a small smirk as he let his wings rip out of his shirt and he flapped them a few times to let them stretched out. He gave Aydin a nervous grin and bit his lip, Fly with me Aydin... He said as he let his wings lift him from the ground... He flew upwards about 20 feet into the air and held his hand out for Aydin, Come Aydin. He called for him with a smirk.

He wanted to see Aydin's wings..he wanted to have them take his breath away...and maybe something interesting could come out of them being up in the sky together...He felt a nervous feeling in his stomach but at the same time excitement.

For some reason, Aydin was a bit surprised to hear he had a scent that Neko was used to. He had never noticed any sort of scent before neither Neko’s nor his own but that was probably because he never had the senses that he had now. Just to make sure, as he snuggled into Neko for a moment, he took a small breath to inhale the scent. He was surprised to find out that Neko did actually have a scent, one that he had been smelling for quite some time…he just hadn’t really noticed before. He couldn’t help but chuckle as Neko called him out on walking ungracefully. Out of all the things he had noticed, he did know that he walked differently than Neko did and he was working on it. [orange]Hey, I’ll get it eventually. I’m still used to walking the way I used to but I’m trying. [/orange]He said with a cocky smirk. It was kind of annoying that he couldn’t get something down on his first try, but he would practice and figure out how to walk noiselessly soon enough.

He listened as Neko hinted what they should do tonight and he was very interested to know what it was. It wasn’t until the wings ripped through Neko’s shirt that Aydin understood what he was talking about. He watched as Neko flew up into the air and called back down for him to join him. He was really nervous to fly for some reason. He loved flying, that was no secret, but since he had changed, he hadn’t actually let out his wings or flown with them so he wasn’t sure what to expect.

Aydin wasn’t really sure what he was supposed to do, but after a couple seconds of thinking and focusing his energy on where his wings should come out of they actually came out of his shoulders just like Neko’s. Flapping them came more naturally than he had thought they would and as he did so for a couple of seconds he felt his feet leaving the ground. Within no time, he was up beside Neko, up in the air, without the use of a broom…it was an amazing feeling. [orange]Well this is certainly different…[/orange] He said to Neko as he looked down at the ground below.

Neko smiled back at him. He was so adorable and cocky. He was so into him more than ever now that he knew for sure they would spend time together forever. He watched him carefully as he flapped his wings into the air. His eyes widened...because for the first time he was staring upon what looked to him as pure perfection. Aydin looked like a dark god as he joined him. He looked over him in awe. He was stunning...his wings...gorgeous.

He couldn't take his eyes off of him...He was sure if he could breath and his heart could beat...it would stop...His mouth hung open in awe. He wanted to reach out to him...he wanted to fly forward and make love to him in the air..the way he looked it was so special. He could barely take it...his desires were screaming at him to rush forward but his nerves...not knowing if he was ready for such a moment...they hadn't made love since his transformation....he had no idea what it would be like...for the first time, he felt so nervous that for a moment...he forgot to keep himself in the air and he fell towards the ground a bit...nearly crashing but saving himself at the last minute, uh...yea different.. He muttered as met his height again and gave him a shy smile...

Aydin felt so different, but at the same time…he felt complete. Like, even though he had only been with Neko for a few months now, that this was how he was supposed to be. He had never felt inadequate about anything involving his life, and he didn’t feel like he had ever been before this, but now that he had made the change to be like Neko he just felt…right. He was still a little awkward with his wings, not really sure what he was supposed to do with them as he hovered a bit. He also wasn’t sure how he was supposed to put them away when the time came for them to go back inside, but he would worry about that later.

Just then though, Neko seemed to fall out of the air. Aydin and his protective instincts immediately went to go follow him down, to catch him in case he was going to hit the ground, but as soon as he started flying downwards, Neko was already back on his way up. [orange]Are you ok? [/orange]He asked hesitantly, reaching out and taking Neko’s hand in his as they hovered across from each other.

Neko gave Aydin as shy smile and looked away as he asked if he was okay, I...uh...got distracted for a moment. He said with a laugh...You have no idea how intimidating being with you is now...like I can't even think straight... He said as he reached out and took Aydin's hand in his, You make me nervous...really nervous and I'm not sure how to even stay in the air around you without just staring at your magnificence and falling.. He said with a shrug as he swept his wings harder into the air to pull him up farther into the sky.... He kept Aydin's hand in his...pulling them both upward into the sky...

As they reached a point in the sky where the trees below them seemed like only specs below them....he smiled and wrapped his arms around Aydin's waist...pulling him towards him as he leaned forward and embraced Aydin with a kiss...the familiar smell of him over took him at once...the electric feel of the kiss as their energies met making him feel dizzy and excited as they kissed...He let his lips deepen the kiss without much thought...craving the kiss more than anything he could ever imagine...I love you Aydin He said with a smile as their lips separated for a moment.
