Daniella looks very pretty with blond hair and brown/hazel eyes. Her hair is shoulder length and she's about 5'6 and 120 lbs. She's athletically built due to the constant jogging she does, she'd walk to the ministry from her home if she could. Her skin is almost as pale as a vampire's almost, but not quite. She has just enough tan to let you know yep, she's still human. She has a gunshot wound to the shoulder and a pendant around her neck. Her earrings are always Sapphire although her birthday is not in september, she seems to like it very much.
As far as her clothing style goes, she has none just a black robe is fine for her or a skirt. She dresses for work and sometimes even at home she always looks like she's at work. She always has something blue too other than her earrings blue seems to go well with her. She is always seen carrying something or another and when she's not is very rare.
When she was in school her style was much different, she was indifferent about what she wore back then too but at that point she just went around wearing shirt and jeans and whatever she was comfortable with. At eighteen she got two tattoos. One is at the back of her neck, and is shaped like a star, known as a zveda mark, no one really knows why or how she has it. Possibly because she won't say nothing. The other one are the serenity knots that are tattooed on her wrists with gold ink.
Sometimes her hair might change color although that would be more to the lighting then anything else and her eyes too it's either brown or hazel take your pick depending on the light and she's really pretty, no one would believe she's thirty five either she looks younger.
Daniella is confident and she walks that way too, she can most of the time however be found jogging from place to place most witches and wizards would want the convenience of appearation or floo powder she thinks that makes you lazy hence she runs and jogs everywhere. She also has a muggle wrist watch and a cellphone that never leaves her pockets.
The last thing to note about Daniella as far as appearances go is that she is accident prone, and why shouldn't she be, she likes to run all over the place meaning half the time she's not seeing her surroundings especially when she's in a hurry the result is she bumps against a lot of stuff its never anything pavement and all but you might see a bruise or two for awhile.

There are many strengths and weaknesses to Daniella. To start with the strength, she's a very good secret keeper, she won't breath a word. You can pour your thoughts into her she'll sit, listen, not judge and won't say a word. She's very loyal too she was willing to die for the people she cared for in the past and she's willing to do it again if need be. She has a lot of compassion in her and sees both the good and the bad in situations. She speaks her mind but doesn't talk unnecessarily. She will go above and beyond to do her job, she's a bit of a workaholic and she's patient to a lot of extent.
When she gets mad however, that's when some of her flaws come out, once ticked off you might not be able to stop her. It's not so much of "blind rage" it's more of she has no time to deal with people who gets her mad, she might start tossing stuff or dealing with them using the power of the law. She is also accident prone, she runs around so it's bound to happen.
When she was younger, she was a happy girl and a wild one at that, she did what she want and when she wanted them. But she has matured as she got older. People that have known her in the past might not recognize her now.
A lot of the things she likes are oriented around work, when it's not she likes studying the metaphysics and helping her people back in the States. She dosnt fear death but corruption and she fears drowning. Her dream is to have a family one day and her memory to cast her patronus is when she was 23 when she had passed the bar exam in Massachusetts[/ul]

complete history ,Having a wizard father and a muggle mother created the end result of Daniella. From Salem, MA, she grew up with her younger sister Meredith being really close. In fact the two sisters are freternal twins separated by two minutes. The sisters were best friends and allies until they moved when they were ten, to be near the school that her father had attended. When the girls turned eleven, Daniella got accepted to the school her sister, did not that started a long feud that still goes on to this day.
The first year for Daniella went by without an issue, she made several close friends and went back home for Christmas or what the family called Yule, this was when a serious fight broke out between she and her sister, this in fact strained the relationship between her parents eventually so they divorced. Her father took custody of her sister and she remained with her mother but they had joint custody however, the sisters never saw each other.
The summer before her second year was when Daniella started getting interested in the muggle law, so while in school for her second year and on, Monica and she started studying law, her mother taught her all that she knew and she was literally considered home schooled from then on so she kept her studies up as well as her magic studies.
Nothing eventful happened in school too much. Daniella was an all around a wild girl but not in the sense of skipping class and pulling pranks she was wild in the sense that she was out there so to speak. She picked up tarot cards although for fun and for nothing else and made a few good friends. By the time she graduated, she knew that she not only liked guys but girls as well.
When Daniella hit eighteen, she took the LSAT after returning to her home town of Salem, afterwards she got accepted to law school and studied until she was twenty one. When she got there in her life, because of her mother and her hard work and motivation, she was given a job at the Salem District Attorney's office. She did various cases criminal and not criminal and she actually never intended to come back to the wizarding world. Her unfortunate return was forced upon her when she was about thirty three, after she had been helping a friend of hers who was a cop, she had went under cover as an agent of the police despite her and her mother's better judgement, and for that she was tortured, and nearly killed. They were able to stop the killing and she was released from her job not because she wasn't competent but because she needed to be placed under witness protection
Unfortunately, that really didn't sit well with the girl and she ran, she ran to where the Salem authorities could not find her and came back to the wizarding world being selectively mute due to the trauma, she still aids her former colleagues secretly but she has taken up the job at the magical law enforcement. Within the department she rose quickly through the ranks until she became on her 35th birthday the head of the department. [/ul]
