Adonia walked into the Potions classroom. It was her time to go in and talk to the professor about having some private potions lessons… the stuff here was way too simple for her and she wanted to do more advanced things. Back in Beauxbatons, the Potions professor… or how they called it, Elixir Professeur, Professor Chevalier made Adonia take some private advanced lessons with him cause he saw that she was getting bored and her work always came out fantastic.
Looking around the room, it looked so different here than it did back in Beauxbatons. There, it seemed to be kind of a relaxing classroom. Well… Professeur Chevalier always seemed to be the… serious side, but only smiled some of the time, but it always seemed relaxing there. But here, it felt different… she couldn’t put it on her finger yet. [red]”Umm… professor?”[/red] She called out as tuning her ears to see if she could hear a response.

Adonis looked down at his inventory of potion making stock and then scratched a note on how many dung beetle jars they had left. He needed to hit Rolige Byen soon for the class supplies he needed...so far he needed to pick up American cockroaches, Nile leeches, and Black Mamba fangs...as well as dung beetles...He put his quill to his lip as he counted the doxy fairy wing supply. He could use a few bottles, he thought before looking up as a voice called out to him...He sat his clip board down on the shelf to save his place and then stepped out of the supply room, Hello Adonia. He said as he came into view of her. He brushed a bit of dirt off his black robes, making a mental note to have the house elves clean the storage room that night. He gave her a warm smile and offered his hand for her to shake before sitting down at one of the comfy black chairs near a cauldron set up near them on a mahogany table. The cauldron was empty at the moment and seemed to be recently polished. Adonis didn't like messiness in his classroom...he liked a very neat and orderly atmosphere. The whole room had been designed to his fancy. Black and teal curtains covered the walls, though their was no windows to give them a cause. The classroom was sat with two comfy looking black chairs per cauldron...the room lit with floating candles and no other natural light...it was darkish in the room but the glow of the candles seemed to give the room and other world feel...just like Adonis preferred. As he sat down he motioned for her to sit down as well.

Everything was so clean in his classroom and it was so fancy looking as well. It looked really nice with the colors and the floating candles were a nice touch. It reminded her of Beauxbatons with them floating around in the dining hall and sometimes in their dorm lounges. So pretty. But theirs looked like ice crystals.
Nodding to Professor Stark, then shaking his head. He had motioned for her to sit down as well. As Adonia lowered herself in the chair, it was comfortable. Yes, she was going to like this class for sure. Well, when Adonia walked into the door, she already knew she would like this classroom from the interior and also since Potions is what she excelled at the most. [red]”Sorry for bothering you, professor, but I was wondering if I may talk to you about something.”[/red] Setting down her book bag on the floor next to her chair, Adonia looked back up at the professor. [red]”I was asking if I would take some kind of private lessons in this class? Back in Beauxbatons, I was the number one student in the Elixir class… which is Potions here.”[/red] It had been hard changing the terms from there to here. [red]”I am very skilled in the subject and from when I was young, I had read a lot of books about the class. And I believe that I will be bored if you stick me in a class where I know how to make most potions.”[/red]
Confidence was radiating through Adonia’s speech. Only in this subject was Adonia two hundred percent confident in. It will stay that way until the day that she dies.

Adonis smiled as she sat her book bag on the floor, Your not bothering me Adonia, I enjoy students who seek my guidance outside of the classroom. He told her as she took her seat. He studied her as she spoke. He had received her paperwork from Beauxbatons upon her arrival to Durmstrang. He knew of her strong abilities in Potions and he had enjoyed reading her file... Well Adonia, I agree with you. The class curriculum is a bit lower than a student of your talent. He seemed to look away for a moment in thought before he turned back to her, I, myself, have been meaning to speak with you on your potions studies. You see I have been looking for the last year for an apprentice in potions. I see no reason to force you into a class your skill level is well above. However, if you agree to it...I would like to have you as a student teacher in my classroom. This would give you an opportunity to use your potions skills in a new light...as not a student but as an instructor. You will be graded on your lesson plans and the follow through of the lesson. This will also give us a chance to work on higher level potions after class that will be more of your fancy. He said with a smirk as he leaned back into his chair. He smiled, If you accept this proposal...and you excel in demonstrating in an instructor setting you may find yourself with a job proposal in a few months time. He couldn't help but enjoy her accent...he barely heard the German accent among the students...most were Norwegian born. He, himself, was a French man so his accent was also a rarity this far up north.

[indent][indent] Adonia folded her hands into her lap. She was quite nervous now for what he was going to say next. That confidence she had just moment ago seemed to evaporate more and more each passing second of the clock. Well, it was a relief that she wasn’t bothering him. The professors were so nice here. As he was talking, Adonia nodded at the right moments to indicate that she is paying attention to what he was saying… but the next part totally took her by surprise.
The stunned 7th year’s jaw seemed to drop a few inches… or feet. Me? Am apprentice? Adonia thought to herself. She never would have seen this coming since she only came in here to talk about being in private lessons, but within the last few moments, it had seemed that her dreams were now coming true. This is what she wanted from day one starting magical schooling.
Still in the state of shock, she listened to what he said about her accepting the proposal, she would be an instructor in a few months time… could this be happening??? Crazy!! Realizing how dumb she probably looks right now, Adonia shook her head, [red]”Uhh… yeah.”[/red] She said a little quietly, but then looked up at Professor Stark, [red]”I mean, yes. I will accept.”[/red] Now there was a bright smile on her face. This was really happening. Now she would need to work even harder than what she had before. [red]”Oh this is just fantastic! Thank you so much, professor!”[/red] Adonia couldn’t help it but jump out of her seat and run around giving the professor a hug. [red]”I promise not to let you down! Im just so excited!”[/red]
It had seemed that everything was going right since her parents divorce. Adonia was tired of the gifts that they try to one up another and giving her what she wanted. Sometimes she got tired of reading the letters sent to her, each of her parents bickering one about the other or how her mother is going to go after one hot wizard… it was just a breath of fresh air hearing this news from the professor.
