Hair
Evan has short dark brown hair. He doesn't really style it, unless for a special occasion, so on a regular he will wake up, give his hair a slight ruffle with his hands and let it fall how it wants. In a kind of I don't care attitude, which he really doesn't. Every so often Evan will cut his hair when it starts to get too long, like when it starts to reach the base of his neck, but even then he won't have it cut too short. He likes the shaggy look.
Eyes
Evans eyes are a steel blue color. They are one of the first things you notice about him and he uses this advantage to get girls. Sometimes when he is really angry they turn a very slight green color, only noticeable if you look close enough and also if you know him well enough to know his eyes change color when he is angry. The rest of the time though his eyes are a steel blue color.

As a seventeen year old, Evan is pretty tall. He is 6'2" and is still getting taller. Some people in the past have called him names like giant and what not, but Evan doesn't really care. He likes being tall and is enjoying to see how tall he will be once he has stopped growing.

Since Evan is quite broad and muscular, he weighs around 180lbs. Evan's muscles are quite distinguished giving him a six pack and biceps the size of watermelons. Not literally but you get the idea. He enjoys working out which is how he got the muscles. He tries to work out everyday to keep his body in good form.

Evan has a scar on his cheek from when he got in a fight during his first year in Durmstrang. It is not a big scar but it is noticeable. He also has a tattoo of a panther on his back, right shoulder blade. It's clawing down his back slightly. That is the only tattoo he has at the moment but wants more.

Evans style is pretty laid back. He likes wearing jeans and t shirts. He also may wear sport clothes, but that is usually when he is working out or something. Evan rarely dresses up, only for a special occasion such as a party or birthday and even then he will wear jeans with a shirt and shoes. Overall Evan is a badass. He likes trouble and enjoys breaking the rules. Maybe it is because he doesn't take things too seriously or the fact that he is a prince he thinks he can break the rules. Really he can't because he is often seen in detention. Evan, when with his friends is abit of a joker and a player. He loves flirting with girls and hooking up with them. He has no idea what his number is but he thinks that it is atleast in the mid twenties. Something he is not ashamed of. His nick name is the pony because everyone has had a ride.
Having Evan as a friend is pretty cool. You get into the best parties and meet celebrities because of his background but also because he is a loyal friend. If he likes you and accepts you into his group he will be there and have your back. But if you stab him in the back you either better be ready to die or be good at running. Evan has a temper and has nearly killed someone in the past. He doesn't mention that that person is his sister.
Since Evan is into danger he likes to make friends with werewolves and vampires. Maybe partly because he wants to become one, but he has never actually flat out asked to be turned. Plus he could die if it wasn't done correctly. Even though Evan comes across as a cold and uncaring person that is not who he is. Not deep down anyway. He does feel guilty about the way he has treated Aria, but feels it's a little too little too late. He also would like to meet someone who he can be himself with and look after, properly. Evan just needs to meet the right girl.
Evan does had a pretty dark side, he is not classed as evil just, fucked up. He can be manipulative when he needs something, making him abit selfish. Most of the time he does tend to put himself first but that is only because at home he is put second, so feels here he should be put first. He does occasionally put others before him like his friends, people he cares about, but not very often. He is a pretty complicated guy, but he likes it. It gives him a edge and keeps the girls interested.[/ul]

So, lets start from the beginning. Evan was born on April 1st 1995. Aprils fools day. He was born to Jake and Emily Windsor, King and Queen of England. It was a home birth at Buckingham Palace, but luckily they had like a hospital wing. The place was huge and could probably house five hundred people just in the palace, let alone the grounds. The birth was easy and untroubled. The only down side was that his mother was in labor for twenty six hours. Poor women, she was exhausted at the end of it all, but she couldn't have been happier. The king and queen had been trying for years to have a baby and finally they now had one and they had named him Evan.
A year later, and Aria came along, well was adopted. Evan was never really told why they had adopted her but she was. So he now had a baby sister. She was now the special one, the baby, the one getting all the attention and Evan didn't like that one bit. As a toddler and a kid he would pick on her. Take her toys, tease her. Their parents didn't think anything bad would come out of it. He was just being a typical brother, picking on his sister. Ofcourse he got told off and put in the corner to be disciplined, but it wouldn't help, as Aria would realise years later.
When Evan was twelve, he got into a big argument with Aria, over something stupid. It started off as her taking his parents attention and affection away from him. Evan had got so angry that he ended up beating her up. He was so scared afterwards, but seeing her scared and backing down made him feel, powerful. Like he now had control over her. Now maybe his parents would start paying attention to him rather than his adoptive sister Aria. He did feel guilty when he had left her, bruised and beaten on the ground like that. But he had gotten his temper from his father, who he was extremely close to if he really thought about it, but in his mind he thought that Aria had taken his mother and was now trying to steal his father. Well he wasn't going to let that happen.
Evan remembers watching Aria and his mother bonding as Emily taught Aria all the mannerisms of a princess. The only escape he had from this was when he went to Durmstrang, doing his wizard training. Yes there was a school closer, Hogwarts, but Evan preferred Durmstrang. It was much more him. Dark and twisted. Evan enjoyed being at Durmstrang. At Durmstrang, Evan was away from his sister, away from his family and he was able to be a normal teen and do what normal teens do. Here he wasn't a prince. Here he could just be a rebel and do what he wanted.
A year later, Aria was accepted into Durmstrang. Evan was not happy about this. He had come here to get away from his sister and now she was here to rub it in his face that she was his mothers favourite. It sounded petty but it was so annoying to him to always be in the shadows, cast aside and ignored. Yes he had his fathers approval, but he also wanted his mothers. While at Durmstrang Evan got into Defense agaisnt the dark arts, dueling and potions, anything that would help him get rid of his little sister. On her first day he had set her luggage on fire so she had to get all new stuff sent in. It took three days for new clothes and stuff to arrive and she had to wear the embarrassing clothes the school kept from past years. Evan thought it was hilarious.
Evan is now in his last year at Durmstrang, he is doing well, his grades are reasonable and he knows what he wants to do once he graduates. He wants to be a professional quidditch player. His parents weren't too happy as he should be a prince and be focused on becoming King once his father passes. Evan cannot think about that. How could he be King when his father dies. It was too horrible to think about. That was another reason why he decided to become a Quidditch player. The responsibilities that are put on royalty is a joke, which is kind of ironic since he is born on April fools. Maybe Evan will become a King, or maybe he will be a Quidditch player. His future is unwritten and only time will tell what he is destined to become.[/ul]
