Skylar looked at Theron with quizzical smile on his lips...There is a difference you see...between the core you owned previously and the core you see in the wand before you...Billywig stingers bond easily with the prankster type of personality...a prankster by nature is young and wild at heart...almost untamable and a bit of a mess to try to control. While Gnome hats, are not quite a core for pranksters...they are a more developed core beyond the young wild nature, the Gnome hat core is extremely mischievous... mischievous people can be so without being pranksters...I call it the developed or father core of Billywig stinger. He said with a small smile, Amuse me shall you? Give it a try and see what happens for us? He whispered as he tapped the want box.
Wands were a group of unpredictable tools...Skylar had often learned to trust the wands as they appeared to him. Even the ones who didn't bond with the wand user, showed something special about the quality of the hand waving it....it showed who the person was on the inside whether they exposed it themselves or hid it beneath them...

Theron listened as Professor Stargazer explained the difference between Billywig stingers and Gnome hat cores. Billywig stingers bond easily with the prankster type of personality a prankster by nature is young and wild at heart almost untamable and a bit of a mess to try to control. While Gnome hats, are not quite a core for pranksters...they are a more developed core beyond the young wild nature, the Gnome hat core is extremely mischievous mischievous people can be so without being pranksters. He listened to everything that the professor said and made some mental notes on what had been said. Then Professor Stargazer asked Theron to amuse him and try the wand.
A small smile crept onto Theron’s face at the proposal of a slight challenge. Picking up the wand he could feel the power that the wand held. He had to admit Professor Stargazer had a knack for picking out good wands, but would this one work for him. Deciding not to even say an incantation he pointed the wand towards a vase in the window. Giving the wand a quick flick he hoped for a good result, but instead the vase exploded. Uh Professor I think this isn’t exactly the right wand for me. Though it did feel good in my hand he said biting his lip. This was going exactly as it had in his first year.

Skylar smiled and nodded, No...not quiet right is it? he said with a smile. He grinned at him and then looked back up at the stacks upon stacks of wand boxes. He touched his lip and then raised an eyebrow as one of the boxes seemed to vibrate from the wand inside of it. He wouldn't argue with it...He pulled the wand from the shelf, Well then...this one wants a go with you...raven feather and dragon heart string, 12 inches, rosewood. He said quietly.
He held the wand box for a moment and then finally put the wand box on the table. He pulled the lid off and then pushed it towards him quietly. He waited for what the wand was wanting to do...because it had...chose itself for this test, he had no say in it, Give it ago. He said with a small smirk.

Theron started shifting weight back and forth on his legs trying to keep calm. He didn’t know why it seemed like all the wands hated him. Pretty much similar to his first year where he nearly destroyed the shop trying to get his wand. Brown eyes watched as Professor Stargazer looked at the boxes stacked on top of each other and pulled one down. 12 inches Rosewood with dragon heartstring and raven feather was what he caught from Professor Stargazer as he put the wand and the box down in front of him stating that the wand had wanted a go with him.
He looked at the wand for a few minutes not wanting to touch it. Reaching out his hand carefully he picked up the wand and felt a familiar tingle flow through his arm. This must be the right one none of the others had felt this way to him... well except for his original wand. There was power and he could feel it surge through his whole body. Colourful sparks started shooting out of the tip of the wand which caused a smile to spread across Theron’s face. I think this is the right wand he said the smile apparent on his voice.
