Ever since the trip with Seth ended all Jezebel could think about was him and that passionate kisss they shared at his family home. For years she had been groomed to become Mrs. Micah Everett and for years that was all she wanted. But where her and Micah stood now was far from where it was years ago. So much had changed they had both grown up a lot she was no longer that young girl who graduated school she had grown into a young woman in this world and she felt for years the two of them growing apart but neither would amitt they were not the same people anymore. There had been plenty of tears the last few days and those around her all thought it was wedding nerves they all thought she was so happy about the wedding that she was finally having the wedding of her dreams, but there was just one problem she wasnt.

Most of the time what had happened this past week was stuck in her mind all she could do was think of Seth and want to be with him and her mind was not on this wedding at all. If she stood there long enough and closed her eyes she could still feel his lips upon hers his fingers touching her face his arms around her. Jezebel's emotions were running wild all over the place and the more she tried to make sesne of it all the worse it got. There was so much pressure from her own family that at times such as today she felt like she was going to explode. Most girls dream of this day and find it perfect they find it their fairytale but now all Jezebel could feel was that book closing on her and it was no fairytale twords the end it was a nightmare. It stil shocked her how her life got to this point how so much had changed.

How all she wanted for for Seth to be there for her be the one who she as marrying but on this day her thoughts and emotions had to remain her own. Jezebel turned her attention to the new wedding gown she had managed to pull together a lovel empire waisted design to give her more room for her growing belly.Her fingers dragged down the sheer covering and just flicked it. Everything was in place out in the garden of her parents home the outdoor wedding the reception site. All the right purple white flowers were hung the isle lined with white rose petals each guest being handed a glass of golden wine to quench their thirst while they waited.Just thinking about the hundreds of people that were they all waiting for her all wanting to see the pretty pregnant bride, a bride who right now felt like she was about to throw up.

Genty she patted her baby belly and stood there looking at herself in a long mirror as she wore just a silk robe and unergarments. Mama is so lost right now little one but one thing I do know is I love you. She said rubbing her belly and just standing there as if trying to convience herself to do this. Eva was right and even Soras had an opinion and Jezebel had time to rethink things but was it now too late for her to change her stars?She undid the tie on the robe and let it fall to the floor. Her hands reached forward and yanked the dress off the stand it was easy to put by herself as because of her body due to the pregnancy sure there was a zipper but that is what magic was for. Eva was here in the bedroom getting changed as Jezzy said she needed time alone. She grapsed her wand and waved it over the gown and Jezebel lifted her arms as it fell into place and the zipper went all the way up, gently she slid her feet into the purple heels and let out a sigh. She started to sniffle a bit because she felt the urge to cry.

She looked at the clock and realized she was already 30 minutes late as Jezebel was realizing now she had a chance to change her future to make a choice that she wanted not what others wanted for her. Gently she sat back on the couch and tossed the flowers on the floor and kicked her shoes off one of them went flying and bagned against the bedroom door. That was it she was not going she was not at her house nobody could make her she was ditching Micah before she even got to the altar. Her future was going to be her own with her own choices and all of a sudden she felt free she felt such a rush of emotions that yes she started to cry. But these tears were not of fear or sadness it was happiness because now she could be with the man she loved now she could be reunited with Seth. They cant make me go they cant come and get me they cant make go.I wont go I dont love him. I wont go they cant make me. She said as Jezebel rocked back and forth as she sat there on the couch, she rocked when she was nervous or scared. She had just now changed her stars.

Eva slipped on her dress making sure it was nice and snug. She sighed and brushed her hair not knowing what was going on through Jezebel's mind at the present moment in time. She looked at herself in the mirror and shrugged, it wasn't her favorite dress but it would have to do after all this was Jezebel's day. The day that she had been dreaming of ever since she was a young girl and yada yada.
She heard a loud bang at her door and she paused. She made sure everything was in order before opening it and peeking her head out from behind the door. She noted that there was no one there and then heard her friend silently crying and she walked out from behind the door. Jezebel, why are you crying?
She looked at her friend and sighed. She knew that Jezebel had been pining for Seth, and Eva had a plan just in case Jezebel wanted to bail on her own wedding. She walked over to her friend and hugged her. Honey...stay right here. She walked back into her room and grabbed a piece of parchment and scribbled a note on it before sending out the window. She rushed back to Jezebel and said, Now we wait.

Victor was already at the place where the wedding ceremony was to take happen. He didn't want to see his cousin follow tradition but he didn't know what he could do. Granted she didn't know that they were cousins, but still it was the principle. He sat and waited for the music to commence announcing that the bride was there.
An usher walked up to him and handed him a note from an owl. He took it with a nod of his head and opened the note.
My Dearest Victor,
Jezebel is having second thoughts. I need you to do me a favor and look for an Egyptian looking man, he'll be looking rather sad. Don't worry I'll explain this to you later. His name is Seth...grab him and apparate to the shop and come up to the flat.

He rolled up the scroll and searched around the room. He found a sad looking man sitting a row away from him. He stood up and touched the mans shoulder. Seth? Please come with me. He clapped the mans shoulder and began to walk out. Once he was sure that the man was following him he said, Evalina sent me a note and told me to bring you. Come now take my arm. With that he closed his eyes and felt the whooshing sensation take over him. They landed in front of the shop and opened the door. He briskly walked up to the flat and knocked on the door. When the door opened he rushed into the room and looked at Evalina, What happened? Is Jezebel okay?

Osiris slowly dressed into a nice suit and frowned at himself in the mirror. He'd been dreading this day, it was the day that he would have to say good bye to her for forever. He walked out of the door and apparated to the home where the wedding would be held.
He walked in and sat looking rather sullen and forlorn. He was wondering where she was, she was late...maybe...no she was just getting ready. He looked at the doors, she wasn't there. He sighed and looked at his watch, she was late. He sighed and sat waiting, this was hopeful however. Just then a man touched his shoulder and whispered into his ear.
He looked to see the man was already walking away. He jumped up and ran after the man. The man said he knew Eva which meant that Jezebel was okay. He grabbed the mans arm and was whooshed over to the shop. He followed him into the store and up onto the flat. He waited for the door to open and allowed the man to go in first. He followed and saw Jezebel sitting there he rushed to her side and sat next to her and wrapped his arms around her. It's okay...shhh shhh shh it's okay.

The intence emotion of what she had done hit Jezebel like a ton of bricks. She did not realize how much different this would make her feel. It was a good thing not showing up and following her heart but at the same time there would be consequences for her actions many people would be angry many would lash out at her pregnant or not. There was a mixture of emotions running through her body of elation and fear worry and happiness. She did not even notice Eva send a letter or Seth enter the room. Her body rocked back and forth her arms were wrapped around her like she was protecting herself and her little boy. Then came a very famaliar feeling that feeling she felt in Egypt the safety of strong arms the protection that could only come from love.

Slowly her head turned as she saw his face ad looked into those eyes that captured her heart just days before. She shook her head thinking she was seeing things that no it could not be was Seth really here once again holding her?Her body turned as she fell right into his arms throwing her arms around his neck and pulling him close as her little bump was the only thing between them.Her head fell to the side against him her head against his head she took in a breath smelling his cologne. Her head laid now on his shoulder holding tas tightly to him as she could fearing he would poof and this would all be a wishfull dream and not real. Is this really you Seth or am I dreaming because if I am I dont want to wake up. I cant do it I cant go to the wedding I dont love him I love you I want to be with you . These emotions that were pouring out of ehr almost made Jezebel feel sick like she was ging to throw up but no she would not do that to Seth.

Her body shook a little bit getting once of those chills that comes and goes when nervous. Her eyes shot up and looked over at Eva and then she thought she was nuts and wondered why the Minister of Magic was there?Did he come because Micah sent him was he there to bring her to the wedding? Having him there confussed her a bit.But right now she gently kissed the side of Seth's neck and smiled a small smile bit a smile none the less. Im scared really scared this wont go over well this wont sit well with many people and well, why si the Minister of magic here? Slowly her head lifted as her gaze met with Seth's. Tell me you are here to stay tell me you are here to be mine forever She asked as Jezzy shifted a bit getting fidgeting in her gown she did not want to be in it she wanted out of this out of the jewels out of any sign of the past life she was now going to try and leave behind.

Evalina opened the door and Victor rushed in, he was asking her questions she pulled him to the side and closed the shutters. She noted that Osiris had immediately gone to comfort Jezebel. She touched Victor's arm and said, She has chosen a different path. Look. She nodded towards Osiris who was now holding a crying Jezebel.
She's fallen in love with the man, I called for you because I know you have something to tell her. At that moment Jezebel asked why the Minister was there and Evalina gave Jezebel a guilty smile. Well...its funny that you ask that question. You see... She looked at Victor and said, Well you tell her I guess. She stood back not wanting to intrude on the moment.

He smiled and patted Evalina's hand. When he heard Jezebel ask the question, he looked over and gave Jezebel a small smile. Well Ms. Wallace. My mother's name was before she married my father was Isobel Marie Wallace. She fell in love with a muggle man and was written out of your grandfather's will. My mother was pregnant, with me. By the time I was born your father was already 3 years old. I'm your half cousin. He gave her a sad smile and prayed that she took the news well. I'm sorry to spring this on you so suddenly I've been wanting to tell you ever since we first met that day in the shop.

Osiris held onto her tightly and let her rock back and forth in his arms. She was in her wedding gown, something he had expected to see when she walked down the isle. Even in the state that she was in she was still beautiful. He kissed the top of her head and whispered, There there you're okay...you're safe. He looked over at Evalina who was discussing something with the man quietly.
This is as real as it gets. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere, I'm not letting you out of my sight ever again. He kissed her forehead, I love you Jezebel. I'm not going anywhere. He smiled when she said that she didn't love him, I know you don't darling. I am so happy to know that you aren't going through with this wedding.
He looked over at the man, this man was the Minister of Magic. He found it odd that Eva had sent a message to him instead of Osiris. He listened to the Minister to learn that he was Jezebel's cousin. He looked down at her and said, I'm never leaving you again. Neither is your family, he brought me here to you. He kissed the top of her head. He couldn't believe his luck, his sister was right. She knew and didn't tell him, he would have to have a word with her when he returned back to Egypt with Jezebel in his arms. Next time you plan to walk down the isle I pray you give me some warning if you change your mind. He said jokingly before kissing her tenderly on the lips.

Her body still heled to Seth as she watced the Minister and head his little story.Now things began to fall into place the fact he looked like her fathers side of the family the fact the day they met she kept looking at him over and over. If he was truly her half cousin then that would mean the Wallace line was no longer straight pure that the fact they worked so hard to keep it that way ahd to do with the fact there was a little something different in the family blood. Yes she was raised a purist and yes she had lived that way after being with Micah, but she was no longer that person and Jezebel did not feel the need to be repulsed ot ask Victor to leave because was a nice kind man. He had brought Seth to her the man she loved the man that had opened a whole new world to her. Today seems to be a day full of suprises , well excuse me if I am a little shocked at the new but at the same time it does exolain a lot of things. In the past I would have reacted different but now I thank you for telling me and I fel I will need all the family I can get because I will feel the fall out of what I have done I broke away with Wallace tradition and well thanks for telling me I am glad you did.

She was not upset she found it kind of cool that the Minister was a memebr of her family and also that there was another new person to add to her new life. She turned her attention abck to Seth and platfully kissed the end of his nose.I could not do it my heart and head were both yelling at me to go with my gut go with what I felt was right and what was right was to not show up and be here for the man I love.And dont worry the next time I walk down an isle I will be there big smile walking closer to to my savior my heart and my soul. There wont be any changing of my mind I have you in my life and nothing will ever change that ever. A new life with the truth deserves something new such as letting you see the real me, how I really look .It is nothing bad I promise just a few things need to change.Ill be right back my love just wait right here. She said as Jezebel got up and walked slowly into the bedroom and even before she made it is she removed her tiara, diamond choker and engagement ring that she tossed into a basket. Once inside the room she grabbed her wand and waved it behind her dress as the zipper slid down her dress fell to the floor and she shook her head.

It had been years since she saw this person looking back at her in the mirror and Jezebel liked what she saw she hoped everyone else would too.Her hand nervously gripped the door handle as she stepped into the door way and cleared her throat. There she stood gone was the blonde hair and in it's place was her natural color of chestnut brown her skin a little more tan and she wore a light blue dress, silver feather earings along with an Egyptian queen necklace ad yes flat silver shoes. Ok so tell me am I still pretty? She wanted to really know because Seth fell inlove with the blonde the look he thougth was Jezebel , she walked closer to him and then looked at Eva and Victor. I cant thank you enough Eva for being the best friend a girl could ever have and I lovr you like a sister. No her head faced Seth once more waiting for his reaction hoping something this simple did not change things.

Evalina smiled, Jezebel was taking the news that the minister was actually her cousin. A few weeks ago Jezebel might have scoffed and kicked him out of the room, but this man that was holding her was definitely having a very positive affect on her. She leaned back and gently touched Victor on the shoulder as if to let him know that he had done a good job.
She watched the tenderness that Seth and Jezebel shared and smiled, it was rare to see that in a relationship. She could tell that both of them were insanely happy to be together. She sat back and watched as Jezebel stood up to go into the other room. I think I'm gonna go change too. She smiled at Victor and Osiris a said, Excuse me a moment. She walked briskly into the guest bedroom, since Jezzy was in the other bed room and stepped out of her dress. She hung it up threw on her shirt, jeans and flats, she used her want to tousle her hair and then turned around and walked out the door.
Jezebel was still changing so she went to the small kitchen to make some tea for her guests. She was boiling the water and setting out the china when Jezebel came out. She looked at her and her mouth dropped. Oh Jezzy, you are beautiful. She had never seen her friend's natural look, she knew that Jez only looked the way she did because she had wanted to please Micah but she had never seen Jezebel look so well natural. Eva nodded when Jezebel said she loved her, I love you too...I'm just glad that you've changed your tune and are going to be happy. The water started to boil so she turned around to tend to it.

Victor felt Eva's hand on his back which told him that he had done a good job. He smiled and bowed a little to Jezebel and said, I am pleased that you have taken the news well. I should think that if you weren't in this situation right now...well...I won't even go there. He smiled and relaxed watching the two love birds interact. He was sad in his heart because he had never had the chance to fall in love like they were doing at this exact moment.
She then stood up and left the room and Eva quickly followed suit. He and Osiris were left alone in the room with a comfortable silence around them. He spoke, I want to thank you...for making my cousin see that there is more to life than arranged marriages. Since we haven't been properly introduced...I'm Victor Troy McDermott Minister of Magic. Victor held out his hand to the man.
Eva came out shortly afterwards and went to the small kitchenette, he followed her and grabbed the tea bags and sat down at the small counter. When Jezebel came out he smiled, he could see that she looked like his mother, which was probably because her father was his mothers little brother.
You look...well...like a Wallace who has seen reason. He smiled and waited for Evalina to serve the tea. Letting Jezebel and Seth have their private moment.

Osiris continued to hold her as she listened to The Minister's story. He smiled a little because that meant that someone else in the Wallace family had left for love. She wasn't alone, Osiris listened to her humbly speak to her cousin and leaned back on the couch pulling her back with him to snuggle. Sure she was still in her dress but that didn't mean anything to him.
He grinned when she kissed the tip of his nose, I'm glad you listened to your heart my love. He murmured it to her, I don't think I would have been able to handle it if you had said I do to the git. He hadn't liked the way the man looked, swarmy, kind of like a back alley drug dealer that he had encountered in his days. He pulled Jezebel into a warm embrace and said, I think that if you ever left me hanging at the Alter I might go mad with grief. I love you and I am glad that one day we will be married. He didn't want to rush it on her, sure he had the ring, he had carried it with him since he had met her. He originally carried it as a reminder that it was never going to happen but now, well, he carried it for the sole purpose of it going on her finger eventually.
He nodded as she told him to wait, he watched her walk into the bedroom and sighed. He was content with his life now. Eva caught his attention by excusing herself. He was alone with the Minister, his love's cousin. He nodded and said, You should thank the fates and powers that be. She just sort of fell into my arms. He took Victor's hand and shook it, Seth Yahya. I'm the care taker at Durmstrang. Shortly after that Eva came out and was bustling around the kitchen. Osiris sat still on the couch waiting for his love to return to him.
Osiris heard the door open and looked at her, he stood up and walked to her. She didn't look like she had, her blonde hair had been replaced with beautiful chestnut brown hair and her skin looked healthier. She was gorgeous, a goddess, and she was his. He barely heard the other two people in the room exclaim in shock and awe. He touched her face gently and gave her a smile that could light up a room. My love...you are gorgeous. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful woman to fall in love with. He kissed her tenderly pulling her into his arms, he heard Eva and Victor making small talk in the kitchenette and didn't hear them at the same time. It was as if time had stood still and they were immortalized in this moment. He pulled away from the kiss slowly and said, You are truly a vision in that dress. You're truly a vision either way, and you're mine just as I am yours. He grinned and traced the small cleft in her chin with his thumb, she was his and he couldn't imagine anything more beautiful being his.

Jezebel was truly turning over a new leaf as she was no longer the palce faced blonde she had been for years. Gone was the golden hair always worn in the same shade most of the time worn the same way the porcelin skin that had made her compared to a statue that was gone. In it's place was a healthier glow with a bit more color and hair that was more natural color that seemed to be a perfect match for her skin tone. It had been so long since Jezebel looked like this that she was a little in shock still to see herself like this but it felt good like she finally took off the mask and feel whole again. But what made it all perfect was how Seth like it how he loved the way she looke and still called her a goddess.She could get used to the complaments and being treated this way because according to her best friend Eva this was how a man was supossed to treat a woman.

Everything that ahd happened before was in her past it was history and then it was time to move forward and that was exactly what Jezebel wanted to do and it seemed that already had plans as well, when he mentioned her leaving him at the altar she shok her head and laughed this was one an that was one man that was not going to get away and she was not going to leave. I am glad you like this. It feels rather good being the real me here letting the world know this is how I am this is how I look because I want to. No more hiding who I am because there is no need to. I have you in my life and that makes me richer then any amount of galleons in the bank. She looked over at Victor and Eva whose eyes kept looking over at her and Seth every once and a while and laughing. This was her life her new circle of friends and family and while the huge parties were gone that was fine with Jezebel. The fates had shown her a new path the right path and she was more then happy to follow it.

Now that I am here with you and according to Eva the flat is where I shall live till well things change the question is what do I do now that I have started this new life and I am here with you and the people that matter most to me? I have free reighn of my life for the first tme ever and I am kind of lost but one thing I do know is I wont be really lost because I have you here with me till the end of time. Jezebel felt so secure with Seth in her life foreve there was no way she would ever let this man go. Jezebel reached up and took his hand in hers and then pressed it to her lips with a kiss. Honestly she did not know what to do now like after the emotions of what happedn died down where would she go from here? But there was one thing Jezebek knew was that she wanted to kiss Seth again so standing on her tippie toes she reached up pulled his head down to hers and pressed her lips against his this time with a litte force and a lot more passion. Since he was so much taller she had to strerch as her hands went up and down his back tracing her nails along the muscles she could feel.For a moment she forgot there were other peope in the room as Jezbel pulled back from the kiss and laughed.

I could get used to this kissing you holding you falling even more in love with you and dreaming of the day we are married. Sure she just walked out on one wedding and she was thinking of another but that was a life forgotten now to her Micah and that family did not exsist.She tited her head to the side and alooked at her new found cousin and best friend. I owe you guys big time for this. Eva you like a sister and Victor I am honored to be your cousin. Jezebel stood there still with her arms around Seth as just then her tummy made a real loud grumble because well she had not eaten all day and this little baby was getting hungry.

Eva continued to bustle around the kitchenette, she watched Jezebel and Seth from the corner of her eye while setting up the tea. Victor could you be a dear and pour the tea for me. I'm going to make some food for us to eat before we discuss the what now plan.
She walked to the fridge and pulled out some food, she began to peel potatoes and put them in a pot. She threw some carrots, beans and other vegetables. She then pulled out a nice big chunk of red meat and began to quarter it. She looked at the vegetable stock and put herbs into the stock and then tossed the meat in. It was a cold winters day, which meant it was a nice day for a stew.
Eva merely nodded and smiled at Jezebel before returning to cook her friends and family a nice meaty stew. She stirred it and looked up when Jezebel's stomach made a loud noise. She grinned and used her wand to bring out dishes and a fresh loaf bread that she had bought from the bakery the morning before. I hope you're hungry Jezebel. It certainly sounds like your little boy is.

Victor nodded and grabbed the china and set it up. He poured the tea for them, and set out the sugar, cream, and lemon. He looked over at Jezebel and Osiris snuggling and speaking and sighed. He watched as Evalina began making stock for a stew and smiled.
Smells good Eva. He sipped on his tea and watched Eva cook. Lost in his own thoughts about how he had nothing but his job and now his cousin. He sat and sipped his tea for a while lost in thought.
Jezebel spoke and he broke away from thought and smiled, You're welcome Jezebel. I'm glad you consider me family. He sipped his tea and smiled when her belly made a noise. He stood up and went to help Eva with the dishes.
