Today started out to be a great day because Micah was at work and for once it did not matter if he came home late.He had been doing it so often that Jezebel had gotten used to it. This little shopping outing was all about baby shopping and getting a nursery designed because shopping for the baby made her smile it made her happy and didnt stress her out like dealing with wedding plans or the fact that now her wedding gown didnt fit. Jezebel had resigned herself to the fact that today was going to be a good fun day, there would be no drama and no yelling she wanted to have a day just for herself and her little boy. The drama of the unplanned pregnancy had begun to pass and now she was enjoying being pregnant for once anyway. Looking down she rubbed her belly and smiled at the fact as she stood there her unborn sons feet were kicking her from inside making it feel like little tickles.


She stopped right in front of a mirror and turned to the side and laughed at the size of her belly and rubbed her hands over it as she fealized she was at peace for the moment that this little boy was bringing his mother peace. Life sure had not turned out the way she had hoped and normally Jezebel would freak but she had learned the hard way that having a fit and crying about everything was not going to change the situation. Her right hand raised up to her face as she looked the list before her. Ok just a few more things and I can go home and rest my feet. Thanks little boy mama's feet seem to be swollen. Getting the hosue ready for the wedding and the baby had all been left up to her everything was up to Jezebel and while she did not think it was fair she felt she did not have any other choice but to go along with her life and try to make the best of it. She reached down and grabbed her three bags that were on the ground and headed for the door wanting to get to that favorite stop of hers the chocolate shop.


Yes she had become very fond of the stuff since becoming pregnant. Just as she stepped through the door her pink heels began to wobble and Jezebel panicked as she realized she was about to fall down and that would not be good for her and or the baby. She felt her legs start to buckle as sher bags went flying up in the air items all over the place and her body started to fall forward . Oh my god no. Her body had been out of wack her balance off but all she could think about was the yelling she would get from Micah for wearing her favorite pink heels and causing the fall.The fall would not be too far but Jezebel prayed to god that someone would catch her that a gentleman would be walking but and be fast enough to save her and her baby.

Osiris woke up late today, he had been staying in his flat off school grounds for the weekend, the school could manage without him for a little while. Even body guards needed a break, he got up and did his standard work out routine, meditated for twenty minutes, did 50 reps of push ups in 2 minutes, continued with 100 reps of crunches in 5 minutes and then mixed up a protein shake, which consisted of a bunch of herbs and stuff and downed it quickly. He wiped his mouth and did a cool down of running in place and walked into the bathroom to take a shower.
He let the warm water hit him and felt his muscles relax. He washed his hair and his face and shaved his face. He turned off the shower, slipped out and wrapped a towel around him before walking out of the bathroom. When he got out he saw an owl scratching at his window and let it in. It had a letter from his sister, he opened it and tossed the owl a treat letting it perch next to his beloved Horus, who was a falcon. Osiris opened the letter and began to read:
"My dear Siri,
I miss you, when are you coming for a visit. Is that Massri girl really in danger or are you just being a gentleman and doing your duty. Haha. Anyway. You remember Haptet, the Medjai that protects the Setis family? Well he proposed to me and I said YES! Oh Siri you need to come home and congratulate your dear sister! I mean how many times does your baby sister get married? Please write me back soon. Okay brother?

Osiris chuckled and rolled the paper up, he walked over to Horus and petted him, Congratulations papa. Isis just had your babies. Horus cooed and nipped Osiris's finger affectionately. Don't worry...you'll see them by tomorrow. I'm going to go get Aki a present and have you take it to her. The owl bowed, took a drink of water and flew out the window leaving Horus and Osiris alone with each other. Well rest up. I'll be home by tonight. Then when you are on your way back, go to Durmstrang. I'll be back there...
He went to the bedroom and got dressed, he threw on a weird sisters t-shirt and some blue jeans, no need to look all fancy when it wasn't required. He put on some running shoes and walked to the front door, he looked at himself in the mirror and checked to make sure he hadn't nicked himself while shaving. When he was satisfied with how he looked he turned and grabbed his winter coat and threw it on and walked out the door. As he walked he thought about where he should go to get his sister a present. She loved jewelry and enjoyed clothes so maybe he'd buy her a nice little dress or a necklace. He continued to walk and saw the baby store looming in the distance, his little Akila being married would mean he would have to start thinking about buying things for his future niece or nephew, either way it would be a good thing to do and get him in the habit of searching for the "ONE" that he would settle down with.
He was lost in thought when he heard a woman's voice on his left, he looked over just in time to see a pregnant lady fall, with his cat like reflexes he leaned in and caught her just as she was about to hit the ground, when his hand went about her belly, he cautiously spun her around so that she was facing him. He looked at her deep in her eyes, his mouth slightly open, if anyone had been watching they would have thought that they had just been dancing and had a moment.
Nice of you to fall from the sky. He felt really cheesy but he was the type of guy to make any situation a little funny. He pulled her up, his arm was still around her waist as he looked down at her. He gave her a small grin and said, Isn't it a little frozen for a lady in your condition to be wearing heels? He continued to stare into her eyes, she was really cute but judging by the fact that she was pregnant...she was probably already taken. He pulled away quickly and said, Oh! I'm sorry. Didn't mean to...uhm... He gestured to his hand being around her waist and gave her a charming smile. You should be a bit more careful...I mean...you know.. He placed his hand behind his head and ruffled his hair. Well now you've made it awkward. Good going...

Jezebel had been ready to hit the groundso she closed her eyes rather tightly but then nothing she didnt hit the ground she did not feel cold stone. When she slowly opend her eyes she was greated with a sight that well made her speechless for just a moment. She was looking up well way up into the dark eyes of a man who she did not know but had just saved her from a big fall. For a moment Jezebel held onto him speechless unable to say a word. But when he spoke that slightly cheezy line she could not but help laugh a little as it was rather sweet and this man was obviously a gentleman.He continued to talk a little but she just looked at him some more wondering where he had come from and who he was. She steadied herself as this man helped her stand up striaght but she still stood there her hands on his shoulders and his arm around her waist. He was handsome and kind and obviously had a heart because he caught her before she fell a total stranger but yeah she had to snap out of this she was enaged and this could be looked at as a wrong situation.


I just want to say thank you very much for well saving me.My mind has not been so focused as of late and what huh my shoes? She said looking down and then back up at him as her cheeks began to flush. Yeah these I should know better but well I was lucky when I fell from the sky as you said you were there to catch me well us. You are a kind gentleman with a good soul to do such a thing. I should have been paying more attention but I wasnt but then again I am a lucky woman because you were there. She began to bite at her bottom lip as it was something Jezebel did when she was nervous that and she ould ramble on and on like she almost just did. But why would she feel all nervous and unable to talk with a man she just met it did not make sense to her. But she always thought things happened for a reason so maybe there was a reason behind this meeting and it had nothing to do with pink heels.

Jezebel then looked around at her items that were now all over the ground including the brand new blue handmade baby blanket that ahd silk ribbon woven through it. Oh my all my things this is not good they will be dirty.Im so stupid in such a clutz how can I be like this ?He is going to be angry mad ay me I made such a mess. She spoke starting to panic a bit as Micah special ordered thos blanket and now it had dirt and foot prints on it. She bent down and reached for the blanket and tried to wipe off the dirt as she looked over ay this man. Again im so sorry I must seem like a silly pregnant lady but a lady I am fir sure let me thank you in some way repay your kindness. And I wont rake no for an answer. I am getting a bit hungry and well there is a new place just two stores down with a nice fire going care to join me? She hoped it didnt sound like she was asking him out on a date because well she was trying to repay the kindness that this stranger had just shown her. Jezebel stood there slightly diryt blanket in her hand as the rest of her things were strooned around her.

Osiris smiled down at her lowering his arm from behind his head. You're welcome miss. I guess I was just in the right place at the right time huh. He couldn't get that moment when their eyes first met out of his head, it was like something clicked. He pushed that thought out of his head as soon as it came in. She was probably married or had a boyfriend, how could one moment change his whole outlook on life? He had no idea.
His cheeks turned a little pink when she started complimenting him, Really miss you're too kind. I just happened to be in the right spot at the right time. You really should be more cautious about your shoes though. I've never understood how women can walk in those....things....
He raised his eyebrow in amusement, it seemed that she might be a little flustered too, could she have felt that same click he had? He again pushed the thought of his head and gave her a toothy grin. He saw her biting her lip and felt something stir in his chest, she was really cute. What was with him? He had, had girlfriends in the past, he'd had flings, he even had someone in his heart that he would have married if his father hadn't squashed that thought out his head. How could one woman, a pregnant one at that make his heart skip a beat.
He followed her gaze and dropped down to help her pick up the baby things. He listened to her speak, and said, You're not a klutz...its the shoes. He grinned at her and picked up things, then he heard panic in her voice, He is going to be angry mad at me I made such a mess! He paused as he pulled out his wand and looked out towards the streets. So she was with someone, and he would be mad at her for losing her balance? It just didn't seem logical to him at all. He picked up all the little blue baby things and cleaned them using his wand before placing them in bags. He saw her trying to wipe the dirt and foot prints off the blanket and noted that she was only smearing it. He gently touched her hand, looking into her eyes said gently, Here...allow me. He took the blanket and pointed his wand at it and murmured in Ancient Egyptian, Sukish Na. The blanket looked as though it had just been washed and dried in an instant and was soft to the touch. He folded it up nice and neat and handed it to her.
You learn things from your mom when you live in the desert. He smiled gently at her. It's not a problem...really. And for the record, you don't look like a silly pregnant lady. He raised an eyebrow, she wanted to repay the favor, lunch? Sure he was game. Sure I would love to have lunch with you. But before we go anywhere, I'm Seth. He held his hand out ready to take hers so he could kiss the top of it.

This was just supossed to be filled with simple errands rhen ehading home to relax before getting dinner ready but now something told Jezebel today was going to be something she would remember something that would stick in her mind. Usualy her days were filled with the same thing over and over but today was going to be something special for this day brought a new person into her life. There was nothing wrong with meeting new people or the fact he was a man she didnt see a problem and hoped nobody esle did either.He was kind and caring to a stranger and , she stopped thinking any farther because she was engaged she was not supossed to look at another man like this and stand here with a stupid grin.

Yeah the shoes I know maybe they were not the smartest of choices today but being the girlie girl that I am I wanted to look pretty. Stupid really I know that now but again thank you. She told him still looking up at him and now that they stood facing each other she got a real feel of how tall this man was and his features . she shook her head slightly to try and snap herself back into reality, because with her luck someonebody who knew Micah saw this and would tell him and no it was not going to happen.How could a simple moment such as this cause a connection with a man she did not know? Then she watched a he picked up all the dropped baby items and then pulled out his wand and said something in a laguage she didnt understand and then she looked down and the blanket was like new it was perfect ready to welcome her little boy home in a few months. These little moments of panic seemed to happen more and more as her pregnancy went on.

He mentioned the desert and going by his accent she was trying to guess where he was from and great there went her mind again wondering about this new stranger. Well I feel silly making such a mess and a scene like this it does not look good.Well I guess I owe you another thank you for fixing the blanket it was the most important thing I got today and it means a lot that you fixed it. You are such a getleman your mother raised you well I hope she is proud of you. Jezebel placed the blanket back inside the pink and blue bag as she was happy he accepted her invite to lunch and it would be fun. She hated eating alone which was something she had been doing a lot of latley so company was going to be nice. Im sorry about the freak out over the blanket it is just everything has to be perfect at home and, well you know what this is not home and right now I am looking forward to lunch with you . Pleasure to meeet you Seth I am Jezbel Wallace. She said with a smile as Jezebel extended her hand out to his that smile still on her face.

Osiris smiled and said, Whoever told you that you need heels to look pretty is delusional. I think you would look beautiful no matter what you wear. His mind was racing almost as fast as his heart, he had never been so forward with a woman before. It was a bit off putting but he didn't mind it. What harm could come from a little flirting? They could be friends couldn't they even if he thought she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen and knew that she felt something similar just by the way she was looking at him.
Osir smiled as she thanked him again and talked about how she tended to make a scene over the smallest things. Hormones tend to make women like that from my experience. He nodded again as she mentioned the blanket and said, First child I presume. Everything always has to go right for it, or you find yourself not wanting any more children. He had recalled hearing his mother say that to her younger sister about 7 years ago and it had always stuck in his head as being important. He grinned, I'm sure my mother is quite proud of me. She has never said otherwise...both she and my father taught me how to properly behave around the opposite sex. So hopefully they are both proud of me.
When she apologized yet again for her freak out he shrugged. Like I said earlier...Hormones. They make people do really silly things sometimes. He gave her a cheeky grin, which slowly turned to a look of understanding. Ah! You're a perfectionist...is there a reason why everything needs to be so perfect? He took her hand, Jezebel Wallace, such a beautiful name even though he knew the biblical meaning behind her name. He took her hand and bowed low, his lips leaving a gentle touch upon her hand. Please...Miss Jezebel Wallace, the pleasure is all mine.
He stood up straight again and extended his arm, Shall we go for lunch then? She was so beautiful and he knew that he was crossing boundaries but he didn't care. So Jezebel, what do you do? He began to walk with her on his arm towards the small quaint restaurant down two stores, carrying some of her bags on his other arm while she carried the others. Funny how days end up huh? I was going to go buy my sister a gift for her engagement...and then bam, I catch you.

This man was full of well meaning compliments and Jezebel appreciated everyone of them. They were so nice to hear yes she got them from Micah but not many as of late but also they sometimes seemed forced like he said them to keep her happy and to keep peace. But as he spoke she could feels shivers running up and down her spine that tingling sensation that made her feel alive. But she also was confussed as this was another man not her fiance making her feel special making her smile and even laugh. These were feelings and thoughts she should not be having but she was and oddly enough there were no feelings of guilt.


I have been told many things in my life advice is given to me and sometimes I take it to keep peace. I was told tall heels make my legs look great and well every woman wants to feel special. She explained stealing one more look at him she wanted to rememer every feature he had from the shape of his nose to how his lips moved when he talked. Oh yes those lips she could not keep her eyes off him but she had to real herself in and remind herself she was getting married soon and having Micah's baby she was not supossed to do this or have such a connection to a man that was not her fiance. Yes this is my first child he was a suprise not planned at all but he is far from an accident. I call this baby my little suprise.

Her hands patted the small rounded belly that she now came to love.. Well I am not a prefectionsit by choice right now it seems to make life easier for me to think that way.I try to be as close to perfect as I can to avoid dealing with happens if I am not. She did not want to tell him the real reason she had to try and be prefect for she had just met this man and felt it was not proper to just unload on him. But the longer she stood there talking to him the more calm and relaxed Jezebel felt , there was something about Seth that made ehr feel at ease. She wrapped her arm around around his and felt a little more step in her walk as they made their way down the small road closer to where they would have lunch. Any worry she may have had before about being seen on the arm of another man were out the door.

I dont do anything really I was told that when it came to a job mine was to be a good house wife and when the time came a good mother. Yes this day has not turned out the way I had thought but I am enjoying the changes that have come my way. Im glad that when I started to fall you were there to catch me. What she had just said could have so many meetings but Jezebel was truly grateful yes he saved her and the baby from getting hurt but also she was grateful for this feeling of being alive for what she could tell would be one hell of an aftenoon. She tightened her grip around his arm as it seemed the smile that was on her face was going to stay there.

Osiris smiled at her, she seemed to appreciate his compliments. He wondered if the man in her life complimented her at all. He had a feeling of euphoria around her, something he had never experienced before. He found himself not wanting to leave her side. This was so new to him, and of course he knew that he could just follow her home and take care of her. It wasn't his job to do so, he had his own duties to do but he knew that he wouldn't stop thinking about her when he went back to his jobs. He couldn't wait to write his sister to tell her that he thought that he might have just met the one.
He nodded when she talked about her reason for wearing heels. Not a very sensible thing to make yourself attractive with huh? Every woman would feel special if their feet didn't ache at the end of the day. We don't have heels in Egypt, we go barefoot or wear sandals. He grinned then in his thoughts he realized that he had just compromised his position to a totally random but beautiful stranger. He noticed that she kept staring at his lips and gave her a small knowing grin. He kept looking into her eyes, they were deep and glistened beautifully in the winter sun. He had to get himself together, this woman was pregnant and had an engagement ring on her finger. He couldn't take someone so beautiful away from someone who already had her.
Granted he didn't know very much about her, he found that he was comfortable in her presence. He smiled, Surprises are always the best kind of gift from the heavens. He just wanted to place his hand on her belly, even though it wasn't his. Is the father excited? He motioned to her baby bump before looking back up at her.
He listened to her talk about being a perfectionist and nodded, I can understand that. With that baby on the way everything needs to be perfect huh? He remembered when his mother was pregnant with his baby sister, she was always making sure everything was just right, from the nursery to the baby clothes to even the right shade of pink. When she took his arm he couldn't help but feel like this was right and this was how it should be and that maybe somewhere down the line, this could truly be what would happen. He smiled and listened to her, So you were conditioned to be a house wife? My parents brought me up with something similar to that...well maybe not similar but lets just say my job doesn't add up to what is considered to be normal or average. He couldn't divulge anymore information about what he actually did, Unfortunately I can't do that job without doing another one so now...I am currently working at Durmstrang. He gritted his teeth a little making his jawline tense up. He didn't like working as the caretaker but it was the only way he could keep his eyes on what Elena was doing so he could report back to her family. Every week it was the same thing for them to receive, you would think that they would tell him that he was off the job now.
He looked down at her and grinned as they reached the restaurant, opening the door for her he said, If I hadn't been in the right place at the right time, gods only know where you be right now. Possibly seeing a healer. He ushered her in and closed the door behind them. The coat check girl came in and said, May I take your coats? Osiris helped Jezebel out of her coat and then took his off and handed them to the girl. The waitress walked up and said, Party of two? Osir nodded and she smiled and said, All righty, right this way please. She took them towards the table nearest the fireplace and settled them down, she pulled out her wand and conjured up two glasses of water and some bread and butter for the table. I'll be back to take your order in a few minutes. Please enjoy. She looked Osiris up and down before leaving the table.
Osiris however hadn't been paying attention to the waitress, his whole focus was on Jezebel and how beautiful the fire light reflected off of her. He took a sip of his water and looked down at the menu. He had no intentions of letting her pay the bill either. He looked down and then asked, What are you going to have?

There was something very noble about Seth and how he treated her. She knew Micah could learn a thing or two on how to treat a lady from him. But right there she made a promise to herself that for the rest of this little afernoon out her fiance would not be on her mind. It would be easy to forget about the wedding and the stress that came with it for being with Seth right now somehow made her feel like they were the only two people in the world and that no matter what would happen he was going to be there to catch her.He was now stuck in her mind he would be someone she thought about at night when she went to bed in her own room all the way at the other end of the hall. When she would curl up in bed later hat night w He was someone she wanted in her life no matter what she did not care what others would say Seth was in her life to stay.

Oh wow Egypt I have never been there but I have read books and seen paintings that I feel really cant do the beauty of such a country justice. It must feel good to take ones shoes off and walk in the warm sand not having to deal with this cold and dreary weather we have here. Now she had gotten some more information about him and why he had such an accent.They had only known each other for maybe fifteen minutes max but right now felt like Jezebel had known him all of her life. There was no worry about saying the wrong thing she felt a ease and safe and protected around him. It was startling to feel such an emotion such an attraction to a person she had just met but the romantic deep down inside was telling her different while another part was smacking her in the head trying to remind her of what her life was like as Jezebel chose to ignore that side she wanted this happiness to keep going on.

Yes he is happy and he is even happier it is a son to carry on his family name. Im happy it is a son because if the baby had been a girl I dont think he would be as happy.And yes I was brought up to be a housewife one that ahd a set of rules that must be followed to the letter or consequences will follow. Dont get me wrong I love running a house and getting ready for this baby but at times I want some me time I want to be able to just go off even if just for a moment and de stress for the day. I know once the baby comes there wont be much time for that not that I have it now.She commented turning her head to look up at him and into those dark eyes and once again she could feel herself getting lost in them. She did pick up on the facr it sounded like he worked two jobs but based on his tone of voice he was happy with what he did and to her that showed great heart and good work ethic.

I dont want to think about what would have happened if you had not been there it makes me too sad.But you were there and now we are here and oh yummy I can smell the food from here. And aparently so did the baby as Jezebel could feel his little feet kicking her and she looked around as she walked in and he held the door and then when they sat down she shot the waitress a look when she noticed the owman look Seth up and down. Jezebel was acting like this was her man and how dare that other woman look at him like this. She leaned back in the chair and let out a small moan feeling it good to get off her feet and she lifted the glass and took a sip of water. Now here she was sitting across from him she could not help but look at him and wonder for a small moment what would it be like if he ahd been the one if he was the one who held her heart. Oh yeah food right that is why we are here ummm I dont know really. I hope I am not keeping you from anything pressing I would hate to think your missing something or someone important just to be here with me. Jezebel tried to recover from yet another fluster all this attention was so nice she could get used to this.

Osiris smiled when she started talking about his homeland, it was truly beautiful and he wished that he could take her there. It wasn't that he couldn't apparate there because he could, but it was more of the fact that if he took her there, he wouldn't let her leave. He couldn't believe that he hadn't met her before she got engaged, he didn't care about her pregnancy, he couldn't resent something so beautiful growing inside of her.
The Summer is quite hot there however, so walking about barefoot could cause a bit of a burn but at night time, feeling the cool sand between your toes...thats what makes it wonderful. The night sky is filled with more stars than you can even dream. The Moon is so full it looks like you can just reach out and grab it. Yes Egypt is truly a beautiful place and there is no where else in the world that can compare to it. He smiled at her, he felt like he could be himself around her and didn't have a care in the world. He felt like he had known her all his life, how come he had never felt like this about someone before.
Osiris listened to her talk about the father of her baby and frowned a little. Sure a boy is always a preferred choice but if you had been pregnant with a girl, he shouldn't have cared. A child is a child, no matter the sex. He didn't like the sound of the man she was going to marry, he sounded a bit like a jerk. His ears perked up at the mention of consequences and he said, What kind of consequences? He thought about his uncle and how he would beat his aunt, and then he thought about his cousin. Inside the monster in his chest was growling but if you looked at him all you would have seen was a concerned man. He smiled again at the mention of how she needed a break and took her hand in his and squeezed it gently, Well today you get the day off. He released her hand and looked into her eyes. He didn't want her to think he was coming on to her but he did want her to know that he was interested. He knew that tonight she would be the last thing he thought of before he closed his eyes. Well surely your...fiance... He got a bitter taste in his mouth when he said the word, will be helping you with his son. That way you can have breaks.
He smiled when she said that she would have been sad if he hadn't saved her. He would have been sad if they hadn't had a chance meeting. He gave a small chuckle and said, Yes we are here. As they were sitting down he looked at her, he saw her relax. It must be nice to get off your feet for a while huh? He took a sip of water and looked down at the menu reading what there was. He heard her speak about pressing issues and important things and looked up at her. He wanted to say that none of that matter because he found who was important but instead he said, Oh no. Day off, I can go buy my sister a gift later after lunch. He leaned across the table and took her hand, I want to be here with you. He smiled at her and leaned back again. When the waitress came back she sniffed haughtily at Jezebel before looking at Osiris, And what can I get you? He looked up at her for a second and then back at the menu and said, I think I will have the Goulash with a Caesar Salad and the Dragon Filet... As she wrote down his order he continued. And you will apologize for giving my company an attitude or I will be forced to report you to your manager who happens to be a good friend of mine. Jezebel now knew this is what a real date must be like going out and having fun without having anything dictated to you. Sitting down to enjoy a nice meal with great conversation and being able to talk about anything.She never knew what a date was everything in her life up until this moment had almost been scripted for her. She began to realize there was so much in life that she had missed out on because she always followed the rules that she did most of the time what she was told. As he talked about his homeland and expressed in words the simple act of walking along the beach feeling the cool sand between her feet it was almost like she was there with him walking hand in hand.

To make it short if things are not perfect at home when they are wanted it gets loud, doors slamming ,people yelling, things breaking and well.... She did not want to tell him about Micha's temper and how many times he had made her cry with either his harsh words or even more volitile actions. Seth was a great guy and would make someone a grest husband and father to children someday.She knew he would be kind and gentle and not be mean or cross. No the caretaking of the baby will be all up to me while he goes out and works and spends time with his friends.Im the woman the soon to be wife the other it is my job and duty or so they tell me.SethI dont want to ruin this great afternoon with thinking about that part of my life. I am enjoying myelf sitting here with you talking to you getting to know you. This chance encounter has surely brightned my day.

Jezebel drank a few more sips of water as she picked up the menu and started to look through it once more. Yes the baby was very active and judging from the feelings in her belly someone was also hungry. Every once and a while she would look up from the menu and across the table at Seth and yes when she did so there was that giddy happy feeling going on again. Just as she was about to say something the waitress came over and Jezebel could feel and see by her actions that the young woman did not like her for some odd reason.She was not one to cause a seeen or say something as Jezebel most of the time would ignore such behavior but she felt that smile coming back on as Seth came right to her aid like the gentleman he was and defended her. She looked up at the waitress with a smile when she ordered. I will be having the sweet pumpkin soup along with the Ceasar salad and the Cornish Pasties with wild rice and mushrooms. She told the lady and then brought her gaze right back down where it should be.

The waitress did not say a word after that and left as Jezebel looked at Seth with a smile. You truly are a gentleman . I was just going to ignore her but you stepped right in defending my honor that was a very noble thing to do. Right now I cant think of any other place I would rather be then right here having lunch with you spending time with you I.. Jezebel stopped herself not wanting to sound like she was hitting on him. Yes she was if she thought about it and the actions were no on purpose she was just going with the feeling of the moment and right now the moment was perfect. They both did have other things they could be doing but chose instead to spend time here and to Jezebel that meant something.To her it was that she came forst and she was important and that feeling was great. It did not even dawn on her that they were sitting there at this table arms stretched acorss holding each others hand. Never before had she ever thought of looking at another man none the less here she was holding anothers hand thinking of what it would be like to have him in their life. I can tell you are a very special soul and I feel lucky to have you now in my life. She spoke softly not wanting too many others to hear them afer all it was none of their business what was going on at this table.

Osiris didn't know what was happening to him, he had been thinking about since he first caught her. She was not attainable, she could never be his and yet here he was in a fine restaurant with her. Jezebel was someone else's love but he knew that she was feeling what he was feeling in this moment, right here, right now. He listened to her speak about the home life, his teeth clenched and he felt anger swelling up in his chest, but again he didn't show that he was angry. He nodded when she said she didn't want to speak about it anymore. Of course...my apologies. I can see why you look forward to having as you called it...you time. He knew now that he would have to find out more about her, from maybe a close friend or family member. So that just maybe he could protect her just as he protects Elena.
He smiled as she ordered and looked at the waitress who didn't say another word and did not look at him. She won't be getting a very good tip. Imagine that service! Horrible! He took another sip of his water and smiled a gentle smile at Jezebel. I find that ignorance gives way to them continuing to treat their patrons the way they do. If you call it out and defend yourself or your companion, you find that the next time you come back...well the service is much better. When he heard her express her feelings, he smiled and rubbed her ring finger of her right hand and said, I feel the same way Jezebel. If I had known that I was going to catch you...I think I'd have dressed a little nicer. But I'm still glad that I caught you. A little service elf came with a pitcher of ice water and refilled their glasses breaking the spell that had been cast on them before walking to the next table. Osiris looked at Jezebel and smiled a little sheepishly before changing the subject, So Jezebel...tell me about yourself, such as where did you go to school?
He grinned, wanting to just take her away from everything she knew, marry her and be the father of her unborn child. However he had to be realistic, the holidays were around the corner, which meant much more work on the grounds and in the castle, he and Zakaria would be quite busy, and he couldn't just up and leave Elena unguarded her parents would be furious. He felt his gift of boldness rising up in his chest, After lunch, would you like to go to Egypt with me? He could conjure up a gift nice and quick for his dear sweet Akila and show Jezebel the lands and even let Horus fly free in his element. He knew it was crazy and knew the answer would be no but he couldn't help but ask. He knew that he needed her in his life, whether as his bride, or as his friend but he did need her.

Her life had been on he same path for so long that Jezebel had not know any other way to be. But today semed like it was opening up a set of doors for her that she was more then happy to walk through. Yes she was engaged to another man and having that man's baby but right now that did not bother her she was enjoying the man across from her, a man who seemed to know how to treat a lady how to be a real gentleman and show genuine kindness. She felt so special right now like she was the only person in the world like she was the most special person ever. Such joy and fondness of this moment was something she thought she would not ever feel. When ones life goes on the same way for years you just get used to things and dont realize what you are missing. Jezebel now knew what was missing in her life but in her mind she coud not change what was going to happen as much as she wanted to as much as she wished Seth was the one she would cuddle with tonight and not end up alone in her bedroom once more.

I used to think that people were always in the right place at the right time for a reason that things happened because they were supossed to. Maybe I was supossed to wear these stupid shoes so I could fall down the steps so you could be there to catch me and we could be enjoying great moments like these. I think both of us were meant to be therre just so we could meet each other and end up right here at this moment. She wrapped her fingers around his and gave Seth a squeeze. So he wanted to know all about her where she went to school and that made her a little nervous seeing as her family and Micah's came here to avoid questions about what happened to her soon to be sister in law.That happened so long ago she did not remember many details anyway. I am originaly from England but my family moved here right before I started school so I could attend Durmstrang the family school of choice and so my family would stay close. I love to draw and paint I like coming up with designs for clothing. Sewing relaces me sometimes I do it without magic it is like therapy it makes me happy.Though as of late I dont have much time to do it not much me time so I squeeze it in where I can. She ahd left out details about Micah and how he was and that relationship. Jezebe did not want to ruin what was going on and bringing him up would ruin the mood.


When he asked her to just take a little trip to Egypt Jezebel for a moment looked at Seth in shock. Sure she had a few hours before she had to be home it wasnt like Micah would be home ontime anyway she was sure he would be out with friends again. She did not see that invite coming at all. Her hand still held to his as if she did not want to let him go and well Jezebel did not. She wanted to make this little fun afternoon last as long as she could and the trip to another land to see where he was from was a very tempting offer. You are very serious about taking me off to Egypt arent you? Just like you I want our time together today to last and to not end because once we go back to our homes we are back to something we are both obviously trying to excape from. I know you would keep me safe and I know you would not let anything happen to me. I trust you Seth and if you promise nothing will happen to me and I will get home ontime then yes I will go with you to see Egypt.She knew now she was playing with fire and that by doing this going off with another man there could be hell to pay if anybody found out. But who would she didnt see anybody she knew and well right now she did not crare she felt she had to take this chance that she had to just theow caution to the wind and go for it. This was her me time and her moment to from what she could feel change her life.

Osiris smiled as she held his hand. He knew that she was feeling the same things he was regardless of her being engaged. He felt a smug satisfaction in knowing that she was willing to be affectionate with him in a public place even though there was a chance of her fiance finding out. He rubbed her ring finger again and squeezed back when she squeezed his hand.
He smiled and said, Perhaps you were meant to wear those things. Just like I was meant to get a letter from my sister telling me that she wanted to see me. Which is her code that she wants a gift. He smiled at her and took a sip of water with his free hand, before smiling at her again.
The waitress returned with their food and a complimentary bottle of Pumpkin Cider for them. Here it's on the house. Courtesy of the manager. Please enjoy, if there is anything else you need please don't hesitate to call for me. Here is your reciept. She placed the receipt down and walked away from them leaving them along again. Osiris removed his hand from hers and begun to dig into his meal. He opened the cider and poured it into two glasses for them and raised the glass. Here is to chance encounters. He grinned and took a sip of it.
He listened to her talk about her hobbies and where she went to school and all those good things. He noted that she sounded like she was leaving things out but paid no mind to them. He didn't want to cause her distress. He smiled at her and chewed his food before swallowing and saying, I was homeschooled, raised in Egypt, I have a little sister, and as for hobbies, I work out, run, meditate, and dance. Tell me do you dance? He wiped his face with his napkin and smiled before sipping on his cider then his water. She was more graceful than she let on, or maybe she didn't know it yet.
He nodded taking her hand again, Yes I am very serious. I don't want lunch to end, but I know it will and when it does...well I'll just find other ways of keeping you with me until you have to go home to your fiance and I return home to my life of solitude. He listened to her and could hear the internal battle she was holding with herself. He smiled and said, Jezebel. I swear no harm will come to you. I promise to have you back home before you know it. When she said that she would go with him his eyes lit up brightly and he smiled. Splendid, we'll go right after lunch. You won't regret the trip. It will be quite quick. He couldn't believe that she had agreed to go with him. Maybe just maybe they were going to be something after all.

Life was full of many suprises and Jezebel loved this suprise she loved the fact that what was happening today could be memories that would help her through any rought times. Thinking about today would help fill her head when she got home full of happy things and hopes of seeing Seth again she would have to see him again. When the waitress came back with their food and then she told them about the free drink form the manager Jezebel smiled a little bit more feeling this day getting more special by the moment,Feeling very hungry she grabbed a fork and too a few bites of her salad and then watched Seth as she poured them each a glass to drink and did a little toast. Oh god he seemed like such the perfect an he was kind and gentle, placed her wants and needs right in front and then always made sure she was alright. Jezebel could get used to this being treated like such a genuine lady being treated like an equal who deserved to be happy. She had not felt like this in a very ling time. After taking a bite of her pastie she reached for the glass and raised it a little.

Yes to chance encounters because you never know how much they may change you and how happy they make you. She then took a few sips to help wash down the food. She nibbled some more on her meal as he explained a little bit about his ife to her and gave a few more hints about it. Yes I like dancing I have not done it in a while but I do like to dance it is just doing it alone you look kind of silly.I dont have any younger siblings as I am the little sister I have two older brothers. She placed down her fork as he took her hand once more and she could feel her stomach starting to flip around. Not in a bad way it was like when he touched her and took her hand she got weak in the knees and felt her heart skip a beat. Yes I will enjoy this time we have spent toegther and keep in in my mind because it will keep me company when we have to part. I cant wait to see Egypt and spend time there with you.I know the little trip will be short but still I know I will enjoy it because I already enjoy your company.

She held tightly to his hand once more still in shock she had just like that agreed to go to a foreign land with a man she haad just met. But unlike when she was with Micah, Jezebel felt safe with Seth. There was no worry or jitters that the wrong word or move could cause a mini war.As much fun as she was having this was not something to go down in her diary as she had a feeling sometimes that we being read and not by her. So what was happening would be kept in the diary of her mind where it was safe. Already in her head she was thinking about what they woud do next time they met the next few weeks were busy for her with Christmas season being here and the fact Micah was supossed to take her back to England with the family but she was determined to make time for Seth she would just have to. Just the thought of not seeing him for a while made her almost sick. She finished her pasties and most of her salad and soup all while still holding on to his hand. She looked up at him with a slight giggle not realizing there was some dressing on the side of her face. This is the true feeling of happiness and I cant thank you enough for showing it to me.. It was still a shock to her how she could feel like this with someone she just met but it was a feeling she never wanted to get rid of.
