Jack is a very secretive and dark guy. He walks with, not an arrogant gait, but sure of himself. Jack isn't afraid to be sure of himself and his walk shows it. He holds his head up high and isn't afraid of anybody. Jack has broad shoulders that he keeps straight, without slouching or any rounded shoulders. He rarely puts his hands in his pockets, as he thinks it denotes secrecy, and because he has so much, he doesn't want to bring attention to himself in that regard.
One of the most important things about Jack is his eyes, just like his brother, Shane. Their eyes show everything from lies to humor to agony. When Jack lies, he'll look you right in the eyes, daring you to tell him it's a lie and daring you to believe him. He has dark hair that is typically messy and hang in his eyes, giving him even more shelter for his secrets. Jack's eyes are grey and, unlike Shane's, they don't denote any anger, simply dark secrets. Jack tends to have a five o'clock shadow growing on his jaw, and it usually takes him a couple of days to shave, although he will.
Jack likes to look nice, but you will never see him in any designer clothes. He wears jeans and a nice shirt, sometimes a polo or button down shirt. However, he is seen often in a plain t-shirt as well. Shoes....Jack wears 'em. He wears tennis shoes or dress up shoes when he wears a suit. No one will ever see Jack wear sandals as he thinks they're stupid looking.

Jack Dorsal is an interesting guy. He's dark and has done a lot of things that he may or may not be proud of. He's shady, that's what he is. He's always on a mission and in the middle of a plan of some sort for a higher being. Jack isn't cocky, but he's very sure of himself and doesn't let anyone walk all over him. He's his own boss and could care less what anyone says about him.
Jack likes fire, and everything that denotes. He enjoys watching things burn, he likes to set things on fire, and he may or may not constantly have a lighter in his pocket from his father. One of the biggest things he believes in his the fact that you can't bring anything back if you burn it. Secrets, burn 'em. A bad memory, burn it. So many ways to do such things, you just have to have the means.
Even though Jack hates his brother, for so many reasons, he's always looked out for him without Shane ever knowing. He's the big brother type and always has been. He does it secretly, though. There's no, hey, look, I took care of you! It was the secret calls Jack made to his dad or the threats he made to Shane's 'friends' at school in New York. People fear him, and he uses that.
Jack doesn't believe in love, and believes that it doesn't exist. He isn't a womanizer or manwhore, he's a guy, and he goes on dates. THe problem is, he's used to being in control and expects to be in control of his relationships as well. Jack won't use a girl for his own sexual advantage, but he has been known to stand a girl up, and make girls cry. He doesn't do crying. He thinks it's silly if a girl cries and will most likely just walk away if they do. He's a pretty mellow and quiet guy, so as his secrets don't get out. [/ul]

complete history Jack was born and raised in New York, and came into his powers at the age of 11. He was already set in his ways of being dark and mysterious. He hadn't spent a lot of time with his brother before. Jack and Shane typically saw each other at Christmas and two weeks in the summer. That summer of his 11th birthday, he went to the Bronx to visit his dad and Shane and Henry had beat up Shane really bad and Jack never forgot that. He'd spent his entire childhood jealous of Shane for being in the presence of their father and having his full attention. Once he saw Shane beat up like that, he thought the jealousy would go away, but instead it got worse. He wanted to not only be the one that their father hit, but he wanted to take away that pain from Shane. And he couldn't do it.
Jack made friends at Durmstrang, however, they weren't close friends. They weren't people he could talk to about his missions and adventures. They were just students that knew his name and he knew them better than they knew. The teachers like him, he's charming, and he does his work. H emay not get high scores and great marks, but he does the work and doesn't cause any trouble. He stays out of drama and only gets involved in his own affairs.
As he got older, Shane and Jack talked a little more but the thougths were the same. Shane got hit, Jack felt guilty and jealous. Eventually he was invited to Durmstrang and found his home there. The years went by and Jack felt pulled in one direction, and it was dark. He found hismelf enjoying being cunning and deceptive. There was a dark man in an alley when he was at home in New York for a holiday during his 4th year. He was the leader of a dark faction in the wizarding world and said he needed Jack's skills. The man never told him his name and Jack never saw his face. He just agreed. The adventure and thrill of it took hold of him and he said yes. THat year he started falling for a girl and soon found out that she was the victim the dark man wanted dead. Jack had to do it. The girl was playing Muggle, when in reality she was an assassin and Jack had to take her out.
So he was told to get close to her and become her confidante. He dated the girl for three months, getting to know her, leading her on. He was and still is amazed that the girl never figured it out. He learned that the dark man was the one in which she was to kill, and Jack couldn't let that happen. So he took out the girl before anything happened. It was a simple potion that stopped her heart. So murder is on his hands and death as well. Jack enjoyed the adventure, he enjoyed the game. So he stayed as the dark man's apprentice, and still is today.
ONce he'd killed the girl, and was given more missions, he turned to his father and brother. He could do so much to his father for ignoring his existence and hitting his brother. He came to Henry in the middle of the night, the moon shining behind him as he stood in his father's bedroom. Shane was in the other room, oblivious to the encounter. He warned his father to leave Shane be, and cast a fiery spell in Henry's room, terrifying him. He laid off Shane for a while, but Jack knew what would happen. And it did. Henry just got sneaky about it. Nothing could stop Jack from seeing Shane while he slept. He saw the bruises, cuts, swollen face. Jack swore that it wouldn't happen anymore and made sure Shane stayed at HOgwarts, until the idiot got expelled. That caused Jack to have to get more creative and talked to his own headmaster about Shane. THe issue was that Shane was a Muggleborn, but he was invited nontheless.
Jack continues to work for the dark man and has many missions he's currently on. He's secretive, and doesn't tell anyone, even if sometimes it gets to him. He lives for justice and he lives to prove that he's worth something. One of his most important missions is to protect Shane, and so far, he's failed him many times on account of Shane being so irresponsible and needy. But Jack continues to secretly protect him, and knows more about the people around him than he lets on.
