Victor stands at 6'2 and weighs 190 pounds. He is the tallest man in his family and is also quite muscular. He prefers to wear jackets and suits to hide his physique. He has dirty blonde almost brown hair with patches of grey in it. He is light skinned and tends to burn before he tans.

Vic has piercing blue eyes that sparkle in the sunlight or any light for that matter. He has an Anglo-saxon nose, a very defined jaw line, and a furrowed brow. He wears glasses for reading and needs them for work and tends to wear them all the time anyway since his vision is getting less and less reliable.

He has one tattoo on his chest over his heart of a sparrow, which what he got as a tribute to his grandfather who passed when Vic was about 20. Vic tends to keep his hair long but will cut it every now and again, he has been bald before and didn't care for it much.

He has light facial hair, as he gets tired of shaving it. It gives him a more rugged look than when he is clean shaven. He likes to wear suits as it makes him seem more professional which is what he needs to be in his line of work. His favorite article of clothing is his black over coat which he inherited from his Grandfather.

Victor has scars all over his body from when he was head of the Auror department, he chose to heal naturally from such wounds as he felt that they would make him hardened. He has a kind smile and a stern look, he has faint wrinkles from both. His eyes can change from the sparkling blue mentioned earlier to a dark grey or even black, it varies from mood to mood.

He wears boots to give himself an extra inch so he looks taller. He carries himself with the confidence and pride needed to be a Minister of Magic. He chooses to walk with confidence because if he showed any sign of weakness he could be booted out of the Minister position faster than he could blink. He is the perfect appearance of a leader for a magical nation because he chooses not to show that he is weak and weakness is frowned upon.

Victor is loyal to the cause of Muggle integration into Norway. He is a great leader which was why he was voted into being Minister of Magic. He isn't judgmental in the work place but does have his own personal beliefs that he tries not to bring into the work place. Such as his feelings on blood supremacy and how men should treat women. He is a dependable person, if someone needs something done he will do it.

He believes in having a good strong work ethic, he is stern with people who slack off but is willing to pat a hard worker on the back. He is an intense passionate lover, he is willing to find a way to make all parties happy, he's a people pleaser in that aspect. Vic isn't intimidated easily unless its with a clingy woman, he tends to leave fast. He isn't a commitment-phobe unless the woman is the opposite of what he likes.

He is a loyal family member, no matter how bad things get he will stick with his family. He is a researcher, he will find what he wants and will find a way to connect with who he is looking for {{Read history}}. He finds that he can relax when he goes traveling, he enjoys taking vacations all over the world. He particularly likes traveling when working and meeting other Ministers, he's particularly close with the British MoM Kingsley Shacklebolt. He's a loyal friend as well so if you're friends with him he will fight to protect you.

Victor has a tendency to be quick on his feet, he had to be since he was an Auror. He's determined to get what he wants when he wants, an attribute he's had since he was a young child. He is good and doesn't particularly care for bad people, he is a firm believer in the law and is very moral in everything he does. He is friendly, charismatic, and has a pretty patient outlook on life. He rarely gets angry and when he does he becomes Stoic and grinds his teeth and sets his jaw.

Outside of work he is a friendly man, who enjoys the simple things in life. He likes reading and writing and has a pretty even temperment. He doesn't judge to harshly but he is judgmental. He doesn't like showing weakness, it makes him feel vulnerable. He is protective over his position, over his workers, and his status. He isn't vain but he is a tad bit arrogant when it comes to himself and how he presents himself. Its not noticeable to others just to himself and those that know him.

complete history ,
Our Story Begins with two Hogwarts Students, A Hufflepuff Named Troy and a Ravenclaw named Isobel. Isobel came from a proud pureblood family where as Troy came from a Muggle family. They fell in love and soon their love blossomed into actual sex. She became pregnant with her first child, when she returned home she told her parents the Wallace's that she would not marry who they intended for her to and instead she wanted to marry a muggle. Of course the Wallace's were not thrilled and disowned her on the spot. She moved in with the McDermott's and married Troy so she could follow his family's catholic views. Soon she had a beautiful bouncing boy, she was 17 and couldn't be happier.
-Now Onto Victor-
When Victor was born he was 8 pounds 3 ounces and was about 19 inches long. He was a chubby baby who lived in an environment full of love and support. He was named Victor because he was their champion, a baby who made his mother break free of tradition, and Troy after his father. His mother finally decided to have another baby once Victor was the right age to where he could play by himself and help her with the baby. When he was 6 his mother had their second baby, a daughter who she named Marie after her grandmother, and Isobel after herself. Victor loved his baby sister very much and grew into being responsible after she was old enough to play with. One day when they were playing at the pond, he turned his back for two seconds and she fell in. He dove in after her and grabbed her but by the time they surfaced she was already dead. He never forgave himself for her death and remembers how it felt for his mother to bury a child. His mother never blamed him though and he felt even more guilty because of it.
When he was 11 he got his acceptance letter to Hogwarts and Durmstrang, his parents opted for him to go to Durmstrang because there was less of a chance of him meeting Isobel's little brother Byronn who would be four houses ahead of Victor. So Victor went to Durmstrang and was sorted into Haukstein. He had a relatively good time at school, back when he went being a Half-blood was a limbo land, either people liked you or they didn't. So he got harassed a lot because of his blood status but he still excelled in most of his classes, he got enough OWL's to become an Auror.
He quickly went through the ranks and during the Wizarding Wars he was one of the acclaimed Aurors for Norway. He brought down his fair share of Dark Wizards and soon after the Head of Auror's office retired, Victor got the spot and was HoA for a good 5 years before retiring to take up the Minister of Magic position. The old Minister of Magic personally vouched for Victor to become Minister of Magic because Victor was a man who didn't allow things to distract him from his goals. He almost didn't win the vote, when people found out that his opponent was actually a former Death Eater who defected they all decided to vote for the man that they should have voted for anyway. Victor won by a landslide.
Once Victor was in office, Norway got cleaned up fast, all the dark wizards went into hiding and all the mythical and mystical creatures were allowed to register with the ministry and live actual lives. His next big step was Muggle Integration, he slowly brought in muggles and allowed them places to live. He began working on the school, it was an uphill battle but in the end he managed to agree with the compromise that the Headmaster Jayden Sage came up with. As long as muggles could be allowed into the school thats all he wanted.
The reason why he is so adamant about Muggle Borns being allowed in is because of his parents. He saw his mother deal with the loss of her family because of who she loved. He saw how his mother protected him from the families she betrayed because of her choices and he vowed that at a young age he would do all he could to make a difference. That difference is now happening in Norway for the future generations to come.
He is personally looking for the Wallace family but not really trying hard, he does it on his leisure time when he goes on trips around the world. He's found his cousin Jezebel but he hasn't introduced himself to her just yet. He isn't sure how she'll take it, he mainly uses his time to go back packing across Europe, he goes to America and visits the national parks, he is an outdoorsy person. He never really had serious relationships, he's had girl friends but never found the one that could be classified as the one. He wants a family one day soon, a wife and a kid but currently he's content with where he is at in life.
