Alexander just had started teaching at Durmstrang. He had gone to Hogwarts while he was in school he kind of wished he had gone here for his schooling, he loved his students. He had sat in his class room and just stared at the piano. He was trying to come up with something new but, he just couldn’t. He couldn’t wait to start teaching his classes because maybe that would help. He slammed his hands on the piano which had made a big loud sound. Hopefully no one had been around to hear that he had gotten up and started to pace back and forth. He had a half of a year to figure out what he was doing for his next tour. He wandered if this was just enough and he wasn’t ready to go back. Alexander sighed at the thought and he loved his music.

He decided to go over to his guitar case and get out his favorite guitar. He started to strum a few cords as he had always done and started to tune it up because it had been way out of tune since he had last played it. Everything he had written within the past month was on the piano. He finally had gotten it all tuned up which only had taken a little bit. As he had played with some notes and a few cords something had come to him. He started playing and singing again. He had felt someone come in the room but, he didn’t care he wanted to finish the song and he started to write down some of the notes too and started playing like he never played before and just let everything that was bugging him out. What he didn’t know is that the person that had walked in was his ex-girlfriend and the song had been about her.

Serena sighed, she had just finished grading students homework and to her delight they had done pretty well. Some of them needed a little more than others but that was what homework was for. Serena put the students homework in her draw and left her classroom. She was now ready for bed. It was getting pretty late, so no wonder she was tired. Serena closed her classroom door as she exited and locked it. She then made her way to her room but she was stopped by a sudden loud sound. It sounded like a piano or something. As if some one had just pressed a load of keys all at once. Serena turned right and followed the sound. She was just going to check to make sure no students were mucking around with the instruments. Serena had heard the new professor was pretty passionate about his musical instruments.

As Serena got closer she heard someone begin to play a guitar. The song was so familiar that she pretty much brisk walked into the music room. Sitting, not to far away from her was a young man. She knew him instantly. he had played this song for her a while a go. Few years actually. Tears pricked her eyes as she remembered the day. It was so romantic and she loved the song so much. She could never forget it. Serena moved a little closer to him and waited for him to finish the song before speaking. "Alex?"

[/color] She said in a whisper. Serena couldn't believe it was him. He had been her first and last real boyfriend. They broke up because they were heading different ways when they left school and didn't think the long distance thing would work. So they agreed to stay friends, but had lost contact with each other a while ago. Serena had missed him so much.

Alexander waited until the end of his song and he looked up and he saw her. He looked at her for a moment or two taking everything in. The way she looked, she looked absolutely gorgeous and her blonde hair, he missed her and her body. She was perfect to him. How he let her go was beyond him and he shook his head from those thoughts. He played a few cords just out of nerves and to relax him. He walked up towards her and pushing a piece of hair behind her ear to look at her face better. ”Serena?” His thoughts were racing and wondered why she was here and in his room but, he didn’t care. He was happy it had been her. ”Yes, it is me. What are you doing here?” He said and pulled her into a hug. He missed her so much and didn’t want her to leave. He kissed her deeply for a moment or two and letting the kiss deepen. It was totally unexpected but, he wanted to do it. He was technically hers anyways even though they broke up. She hoped she didn’t have a boyfriend. Well if she did he was still happy for her, he really wished she didn’t though. He still loved her with all of his heart.

When he turned around she became kind of breathless. It was an effect he always had on her. He had not changed one bit, still as sexy as ever. He still has the bad boy look, which he kind of was, but there was so much more to him than his rocker side which most people only saw. He asked what she was doing here and she would have replied but he soon had his arms wrapped around her. Serena sunk into the hug and nuzzled a little into his neck. As the hug broke he leaned down and kissed her deeply. It took her by surprise as they were broken up but Serena couldn't help herself and kissed him back a second later. She rest her hands lightly on his chest as she kissed him back deeply and couldn't help but moan a little as she kissed him. When the kiss broke she just looked up at him for a moment. It had been a while since she last saw him, before he went on tour and now he was back. It was a little bit hard to believe.

Serena stepped back a little, just so she could think straight. He was very distracting when he was this close to her. Twiddling with a strand of hair, something she did when she was nervous, Serena decided to answer his question. "I'm a Professor here. I teach dueling and flying and also head of Sjenert Katt." She said smiling shyly. She thought she may aswell ask him the same question instead of throw herself at him. He may not be single or maybe....she didn't know. She was a little confused right now. "What are you doing here?" She asked meeting his eyes again.

Alexander was always so taken by Serena, he didn't know why he had ever left her in the first place. The two could have worked it out while he had been on tour but, he didn't want to have her worry about the girls and such even though he hadn't done anything with a girl since her well maybe kiss one or two but, that is it. He sighed looking at her he knew she had been a veela and he hated for it because, he could never pull away which he didn't mind, he loved her dearly even to this day. He couldn't help but, stare into her eyes. They were breath taking. His eyes had matched hers and locked onto them for the longest time. The same feelings and emotions were coming back to him like the first day that they had met. Her body felt so good wrapped up all in his arms, he didn't want to let go. The kiss felt so amazing.

"Serena, I." He looked at her for a moment or two trying to figure out what to say to her and why he had been back. He had listened to everything that she had said before he had spoken. You are? Well that's good because, I am too. I'm the choir teacher I guess that's an easy one to figure out since I'm in the choir room huh? And I can play music and sing." He said and laughed a little looking at her. He had watched the way she had been playing with her hair. It was so cute the way she did that, he knew she had been nervous. He knew her too well, he loved when he had made her feel that way.

Alexander had taken her hand softly the one that she had been playing with. He motioned her to follow him and sit by him on the piano bench facing the piano. He looked over at her and smiled. "You know that song I was singing. I made that for you. I miss you a lot Serena." He had told her and kissed her on the cheek. "I know I've been gone for a while and on tour and everything but, I was kind of hoping maybe we can start brand new?" He had asked wondering what she was going to say.

Serena stood, wrapped in Alex's arms. She could feel the warmth from his body warming hers. For a moment all the recent dramas that had unfolded over the last couple of weeks faded away and right now there was just her and Alexander. Her heart seemed to beat faster as she gazed up into his warm soft brown eyes. She smiled sweetly and rest her head against his chest. Just being with him instantly made her feel so much better. "You haven't changed abit."

[/color] She said snuggling into him. She took a deep breath. Mmmm he smelt good. After a few moments of enjoying his body pressed against hers Serena backed away a little but only so she could look up at him properly. It was then when she was looking up at him that she realised she still was very much in love with him. It was weird to realise that she had never moved on from him when all this time she thought she had.

Alex took her hand, the hand she was twirling her hair with and held it. He pulled her over to the piano and they both sat down on the bench. Serena smiled and laughed a little. It was so sweet of him to write a song for her. When he first played it for her it literally brought tears to her eyes. "Yeah I know. I still remember when you first played it for me."[/color] She said lacing her fingers with his. Wow she had missed him so much it made her heart ache. With her free hand she lightly caressed his face. "I've really missed you to."[/color] She said and then blushed when he kissed her on the cheek. Serena smiled again, it was surprising that he still had the ability to make her blush. The next thing he said though kind of surprised her, but she was more afraid than getting involved with anyone at the moment. After being rejected in a very humiliating manner she was still trying to recover.

Being stood up in Paris by the guy who was supposed to be showing you how extravagant he can be was humiliating. Then finding out that he was actually married at the autumn ball just made it even worse. She felt stupid and pathetic for thinking that he would even want her. She remembered that night though. She had waited outside the restaurant he had told her to meet him at. An hour later he still wasn't there. Serena would have gone somewhere quiet to apparate back at Durmstrang, but it started raining heavily and so she was stranded outside the restaurant in the cold for three hours. That night after a hot shower she had cried herself to sleep through the embarrassing feeling that seemed to take days to subside. Serena hadn't spoken to him since then, infact he hadn't even bothered to try and apologise so it just proved to her that she really meant nothing to Adonis. "Ummm, well I'm kinda getting over a horrible rejection at the moment so I'm not really ready to get into a relationship at the moment. But I still lo...feel the same way about you as I did back in school. So maybe just give me a bit of time."[/color] She said looking away from him. If she looked into his any longer she would cave and say yes, then possibly jump him.[/blockquote]

Alex couldn't believe he had been holding the girl of his dreams in his arms. He had been so protective of her even when they weren't going out. Even when they didn't keep in touch, he always was there. Now he wanted to be there for her. He had held her close not wanting to let her go. He sighed looking at her and kissed her back softly. Her lips tasted so good and so sweet, it was killing him inside. He had loved her so much still his love for her would never go away. She always had been in his heart. "Really I haven't changed? Hopefully that's a good thing and not a bad thing?" He said and snickered kissing her on the cheek.

Alexander couldn't take his eyes off of her. She had been so beautiful, her eyes were gorgeous too. He loved looking into them even though she got away with anything with those eyes in the past. He didn't care, she was always a great girlfriend and a great person. He had her follow him over to the piano and sat down he wasn't expecting her to take his hand. He was rather happy. He laced his hand back in hers and rested his other hand around her waist. He smiled softly when he had felt her hand caress his cheek. Her hands were so soft.

He took both of her hands and looked at her in the eyes. He was hoping she'd say yes to the next question he had asked her. He frowned softly at the next thing she said. It kind of broke his heart and made him a bit mad. What guy in there right mind would want to hurt her? He took his hand softly and turned her head to look at him in his eyes. "Babe, take all of the time you need. I'll be here waiting for you when your ready. I love you so much. I'm willing to wait. Who hurt you?" He said with choked words which hurt him and few tears fell from his face because, he hated seeing her hurt.

Alex never failed to make her smile. Even when she had been feeling so low, as if the world was about to end he would always some how find a way to make her smile. Serena still loved him more than she could ever say, but she didn't want to rush into anything only to get hurt again. She had been rejected by Adonis, and just when something could have happened with Jayden he died. At the moment it just seemed like it wasn't her time for a romantic life, but now Alex was back, maybe this was a sign, maybe she was supposed to be with Alex. However Serena was going to take this slow and not rush anything. Atleast that is what she planned to do. Alex always made her go weak at the knees and give into her 'feelings'. "Ofcourse it's a good thing. I don't want you to ever change.

[/color] She said smiling sweetly at him.

It felt like how it did, back before they broke up. Sitting next to Alex, her fingers entwined with his and his arm around her waist. She was probably giving him the wrong impression as she had just told him she wanted to wait for a while, take things slow and here she was, already kissed him, hugged him and was now holding his hand and leaning into his embrace once more. She didn't want to lead him on, but she couldn't help it. She couldn't stay away from him. Serena had missed him so much and she still loved him. The feelings she had for him were making her forget about what she had said to him. Hopefully she would be able to keep control of herself and not let things go any further.

He took both her hands which forced her to look up at him as he turned her head, his hand under chin. She slightly turned her head into his touch and locked her eyes with his. It hurt her to see those tears fall from his beautiful eyes and he was upset because someone had hurt her. He asked her who hurt her. She wanted to tell him, just because he had asked and also because she wanted to be honest with him but the guy who had rejected her was now the headmaster. She didn't want Alex to kick off and get himself fired trying to protect her. "It doesn't matter who hurt me Alex. I'm over the worst anyway."[/color] She said honestly and gave him a reassuring smile. Serena pulled one her hands free and lightly wiped the fallen tears off of his cheeks. "How was your tour?"[/color] Asked Serena wanting to get onto a better topic. Her hand still rested on his cheek for a few more seconds and then dropped back down on to her lap.[/blockquote]

Alexander smiled softly when she had spoken he had cared for her a lot. He had wrapped his free hand around her waist and pulled her close. He wanted her to be his forever. "I promise I will never change." He needed her in his life, it was the only thing that ever made him happy anymore. Besides his music but, he needed friends and he was ready to settle down. When she had spoken about how he didn't need to get fire he was going to open his mouth but, then kept it shut. "But Serena...Let me at him!" He said and pleaded looking at her deeply in the eyes and eyeing her. He hated seeing her upset, he kissed her cheek softly chuckling.

A few tears had fallen from his face and he had felt her wipe them away softly. He felt her hand on his cheek and touched his hand on hers softly looking at her and keeping it there for a moment. Then he had taking his other hand and gently made her look up at him and let go when she asked about how tour was. He was going to kiss her again but, she ruined the moment. "It was good. I missed you a lot though. If a girl tried to come up to me or anything all I ever did was think of you. I'm supposed to go back on tour this summer but, I came back here to start settling down. I know I can pull off going on tour for a few years but, I want to settle down and have a normal life. I'm sick of the pop star life anymore I can't stand it. I have camera's in my face all of the time. It's just not who I am." He said.

Alex was so sweet and charming, even if he wasn't deliberately doing it. Serena smiled and gave him a playful wink as he made that promise. She never actually asked him to make that promise but she thought it was adorable that he did and it made her heart melt. Serena kissed him lightly on the cheek. It didn't surprise her that Alex wanted to beat the guy who hurt her to a pulp. He was rather protective back when they were dating and he was still protective of her now. "Look it doesn't matter. I'm mostly over what Adonis did and now I just want to forget it even happened."

[/color] Said Serena. She then realised that she had said his name, by accident. Serena bit her lip, nervously and briefly looked away from Alex. Ok she needed to get off of this subject.

Thankfully though she didn't have to think of something because Alex told her about the tour. It sounded like alot of fun. Serena would have loved to have gone with him, but her career choice was completely different to Alex's so that is why they broke up. She was glad that they ended on good terms, though now she wanted nothing more than to have him back. "Really? I thought being a pop star was all you wanted to be."[/color] Said Serena smiling up at him as she recalled the conversations that had had back in school. "Although I am glad your back. I've missed you so much."[/color] Said Serena looking back up at him. She still loved him, she can't believe she had ever convinced herself that she had got over him when the truth was was that all she had done was accept the fact that they were broken up and he was on tour. Now he was back, this changed everything.[/blockquote]

Alexander looked up at Serena and sighed when she had told him it didn't matter anymore. He smirked though when she had said his name by accident. "Adonis did this to you?" He growled underneath his breath looking at her. He pushed the thought underneath his mind and away. "Fine I'll let it go but, if anyone else hurts you. I'll kill them understood?" He said and looked at her. He didn't know why he was so protective like this with her now. He held her close protectively and wanted her to be his. He sighed and rested his head on her shoulder after he kissed her cheek.

Everything was different now, after the tour and everything else. And now that she had been here he didn't know what to do. His feelings started to come back and his stomach was in knots right now. He looked at her and smiled. "I thought I did. But, now that I'm older. I'm just in that point where I just want to settle down you know?" He said tilting her head looking at her curiously and smiled when she said he missed him. He felt relieved when she had said that. "You missed me? He asked. "I missed you sooooo much you have no idea. I never stopped thinking about you Serena" He said and pulled her in for a kiss and running a hand through her hair and pushing a strand of it back.

Oh shit! Serena couldn't believe she had just said who it was who had hurt her. She bit her bottom lip nervously as she saw anger flash in his eyes and as he spoke she could hear him growl his words. Serena nodded as he spoke. She didn't think he was asking as if to confirm that Adonis did this to her, it was probably more that he couldn't believe she had been hurt. Serena liked the feeling of being in his arms, being close to him. She thought about him often when he was away, now he was back and Serena didn't know what to do. She wanted to be with him so bad, but she was still getting over the humiliating rejection. Serena slowly ran her hands up his body and over his shoulders as he pulled her close, kissed her on her cheek and rest his head on her shoulder. Serena snuggled into him, her face turned inward, towards him. He smelled gooooood.

Her arms were still draped around his neck as she held him close to her. Serena sighed a little, happily and content. A smile grew on her face as Alex said he wanted to settle down. It was as if he was reading her mind because so did she. That was probably why she took the rejection so hard. Obviously when she first met Adonis she didn't think he was the one, but to think he never even gave her a chance and that she meant that little to him that he was quite happy to just leave her in France. She was alone, lost and humiliated, not to mention freezing as it started to pour down before she was able to find a quiet place to aparate back to Durmstrang. Serena knew Alex would never do that to her, which is why she trusted him so much. Alex turned her face up towards his and told her he had missed her and had never stopped thinking about her. She smiled softly and allowed him to kiss her. Serena kissed him back, passionately. Her hands lightly ran up the back of his neck and through his hair, tugging lightly as she deepened the kiss. "I still love you."

Alexander couldn't take his eyes off of Serena. Her every move, her sent, made him fall harder and harder for her than ever before. He was still in love with her and he stared into her eyes and let the whole thing of Adonis go but, he was still angry with that. But, he didn't want to lose his job over it. He needed a new change and that new change was going to be his work at the school and his girl that was in front of him at that very moment. He smiled softly at her as she had ran her hands up his chest and up towards his hair as he had kissed her passionately and even deeper this time. The feeling was so intense a good intense though.

He pulled her closer and they were just about touching and he touched her lips kissing them softly one last time before pulling away. He played with her hair gently and held her close. Her skin was so soft, she was so beautiful. He was a little shocked when he heard her next words too. She still loved him? He let out a big smile. "I've never stopped loving you, you've always had a place in my heart and you do now. I care about you so much." He said and kissed her back. "I love you Serena Angel Night." He said picking her up and laying her on top of the piano. He reached for his wand out of his pocket and pulled it out waving it. The door had shut and a few candles lit up that he had around the room and made everything darker and more romantic.
