HISTORY: On Valentine’s morning in 1996, Stewart and Patricia Vierra welcomed two beautiful twin girls Elizabeth and Lindzy into the world. Eliza, as she came to be known was born exactly 3 minutes before her sister, but she never really took on the whole “big sister” role that some older twins had been heard to do. Their parents were thrilled by the birth of the twins, as was their older brother Sebasition, who at the time was only 1 and really too young to really understand what was happening. Over time though, he looked over then and loved them just like an older brother should.
When the twins were 2, their parents welcomed another brother for them (because their parents had really odd ways of spacing babies) and named him Scott and he was, and always would be the baby of the family. Things were going really great for a while, their father had been appointed the Minister of Magic in Finland but that also meant he wasn’t around as often as he used to be. This put strain on the marriage, but what finally crushed it was when their father announced that he had found someone else and wanted a divorce. This was terrible for the entire family, and was made even more terrible when the divorce decree decided to split all of the children up equally, with Lindzy and Sebastian staying behind with their mom and Eliza and Scott moving away to Finland with their father.
This all happened when the twins were about 11, right when they were going to be accepted into a wizarding school, so when they were both accepted into several of the most prominent ones, their parents chose Durmstrang so the girls could be closer and at least see each other more often than holidays. Sebastian also followed them to Durmstrang so he wouldn’t be separated from his family either.
Over the years of being separated from her sister and her family, Eliza began to very much dislike her father for what he had done to them and she absolutely hated the 20something year old girlfriend he had left their mother for that was most certainly only with him for the money and the power. This pent up hatred and frustration caused her to rebel against her father’s authority, always getting into trouble, going to parties, drinking, doing drugs, and just all around having a good time. She was very different from her twin sister as she had come to find out when they would come back to school after summer breaks. Her twin was still sweet and innocent like Eliza used to be, but now she was exactly the opposite. That didn’t stop them from being as close as they possibly could be, and being the best of friends even though they were completely polar opposites.
