Airous could feel the wrath of the girl in her words. He hadn't meant to upset her. "it really isn't you....." he said nervously "I.....I don't lean towards girls." he admired with a sigh. Though he did like girls. He just would rather have a boyfriend than a girlfriend in all honesty. He shrugged at her comment of them being two feet away and blushed slightly, looking back in the water. He eyed Neko for a moment "besides.....I've never exactly fooled around with anyone......so it's hard to picture me doing that all the way out here." he said honestly.
Airous blushed even more at Neko's next words. Social class. That was something Airous hadn't even expected to come up. Sure he wasn't popular. Airous never thought of hmself in any class really. "she's like....the head of everyone. I doubt she would go for someone who isn't even on the charts." he said defensively. Maybe even a little to harsh.

Airous seemed to be at least a tad apologetic for making her mad, at least by the tone of his voice, although he didn’t really need to be, since she wasn’t really mad. It just surprised her that someone would be so against her without even getting to know her, especially someone she had never said a word to before this moment. She was a bit surprised when Airous told them that he swung more towards guys than girls, but then again she had never seen him with anyone, ever, so she would never of known who he was into until he told her. What surprised her even more was him saying he had never fooled around with anyone in the first place. [red]You’ve never fooled around with anyone, ever? [/red] She asked, slightly shocked. She had no idea how old this guy was or anything, but he seemed old enough to at least have tried some stuff with someone sometime.
Adèle raised an eyebrow at Neko as he said something about love being blind to social class. It was a weird thing to think about, since this really was the first time she had been truly single in a long time but he was right really. She could fall for anyone, and just because she was “popular” really had nothing to do with it. She frowned slightly at what Airous said. [red]I can go for whoever I feel like going for, and its none of your business really who I like or don’t like, regardless of my “social class” or whatever. [/red] She said back, perhaps a bit defensively.

Neko smiled at Airous as he said he leaned more towards boys...he was sure that would make it even harder for him to find a lover to be caught kissing with...so he could understand his pain at that. He, himself, had gotten lucky by some miracle to find Aydin. Neko grinned, She isn't the head of everyone one..I know tons above her. He said with a teasing wink at Adele, And besides...you never know with anyone unless you give it a chance...whether your target is a boy or a girl...you gotta make a move to know anything at all. He said with a small smile, I don't think he means you harm Adele...so calm down. He told her with a raised eyebrow as she got defensive about who she does and who she doesn't like. He stretched his legs out for a moment to relax his muscles... he really wasn't sure if he wanted to go patrolling anymore tonight...it felt good to just sit.

Adèle's question floated in the air for a moment. Airous was trying to understand why she sounded so shocked. "No I haven't. I rather wait for the right person to mess around with...then give myself up for no reason." He tried to explain gently. Besides it wasn't like Airous was social enough to even talk to others how would he find the confidence to fool around then?
Airous twitched in the spot he sat at her next words, suddenly uncomfortable. He hated social confirmations such as this. He hadn't meant what he said to be like that at all. He felt like he couldn't breath but tried not to show it to the other two. "No......I.....I just..." He stuttered "I don't think for me.....personally would be able to go for someone who is more popular...." He said trying to explain but felt he was making things worse. "Why would anyone wanna go for me.....I'm a nobody..." He said with a shrug.
Airous glanced at Neko. "It's....not as easy as it sounds." He commented. He wasn't ready to give anyone a chance. He wasn't ready for rejection.

Adèle couldn’t help but stick her tongue out at Neko slightly as he clarified that she wasn’t technically the head of everybody at the school. It was true of course, as she really wasn’t the head person, although she was very popular and his need to point it out actually made her smile for some reason. Turning her attention back to Airous, she was still shocked by his never even fooling around with someone but his explanation did make sense. It was actually kind of nice to hear that he didn’t want to mess around with anyone until he found the right person to do such things with. In the back of her mind, Adèle wished she had waited to give herself to the right person when the time was right, but then again…she had thought Arty was the right person when everything happened and now he was gone so none of that even mattered now.
She looked at him with an eyebrow raised as he went on about how he didn’t think he could date someone more popular and how he really wasn’t anybody at the school. In a way, it was kind of true, but even just thinking that made Adèle feel bad. Before this night, she had no idea who Airous even was; they may have had classes together for years but she wasn’t even sure if she had even seen him around before and that made her feel terrible. [red]I’m sure there’s someone out there for you…I’ve always thought there was someone out there for everyone. It doesn’t matter whether you’re popular or not, that right person will find a way to you when the time is right…[/red] She said with a small smile, looking directly at the boy for probably the first time all night. He wasn’t bad looking at all, not her type but definitely pretty cute. He really wouldn’t have a probably finding a girl, or in his case a guy if he just talked to people more often.

Neko raised and eyebrow at Adele curiously as she stuck her tongue out at him...he bit his lip and then copied her, guessing it was the right response to do...he turned to Airous, If you personally believe that...your probably right. If you can't believe in yourself...you are nothing. He said with a strong look towards him...it was something his father had told him so many times when he was a child...if you don't believe in yourself, you'll never become anything at all...
He looked at Adele, That's right...when the time is right you will find the right person...but your not gonna find anyone if you do not try. It's not meant to be easy...easy would just lead to a relationship full of regret...you need to follow your heart. He said with a smile, If I didn't follow my heart....I would of never met my soul mate Aydin. He said with a firm smile...He stood up and picked up a rock...throwing the rock hard across the lake...watching it skip across it...He looked down at Adele and then at Airous with a smile, It's weird talking to both of you...Adele...your like always in a crowd...not that Aydin hasn't pulled me into the same crowd...but Airous...your always off by your own..I think this is like the first time any of us have spoken since I got here this year...
